Die Verkäufer sind sehr nett. Alles Bestens. Very nice but little choice. Too small business. In the Mariahilferstraße down next to the Humanic DER Deichmann is bigger and has more choice. The sellers are very nice. Everything great.

Sie gehen mit der Mode und die Mitarbeiter sind auch wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Das sie auch kleine (XS) und Übergrößen (XL) haben, finde ich ein tolles Service. Ich habe nämlich eine ziemlich kleine Schuhgröße und bei Deichmann werde ich trotzdem immer fündig. Danke dafür! I love Deichmann! He has beautiful shoes and often very unusual shoes. They go with the fashion and the staff are amazingly nice and helpful too. I think it's a great service that they also have small (XS) and oversized (XL) sizes. I have a pretty small shoe size and at Deichmann I can always find what I am looking for. Thanks for that!

Ich möchte mich sehr herzlich Bedanken an die Junge Dunkelhaarige Dame , in der Kassa.Sie hat mich nicht nur super Bedient, ich hab mein Geldbeutel dort vergessen u d nicht gemerkt. Sie hst mir zur3 gegeben, ob es wsr fast 300 Euro Bargeld, Kreditkarten, Bankomat, E Card, Monatskarte... Danke das solchche Menschen noch gibt's. I was at lunch today. Great selection, order and great prices. Very nice service. I would like to thank the young dark-haired lady at the cash desk very warmly. Not only did she serve me well, I forgot my wallet there and did not notice it. You gave me3 whether it was almost 300 euros cash, credit cards, ATM, e-card, monthly card ... Ich kenne keinen vergleichbaren Schuhladen in Wien, der u.a. Schuhe in der Qualität der „Medicus“- Kollektion zu so ausgesprochen niedrigen Preisen anbietet. Was sofort auffällt, ist das gut eingespielte Team (Filialleitung!), Mitarbeiter in Reichweite, die den Augenkontakt zum Kunden suchen und ihre Hilfe direkt anbieten. Bei meinem Ladenbesuch am 04.04.2021 habe ich höchst motivierte, freundliche, auf meine Schuhvorstellungen eingehende Verkaufsfachleute erlebt, die auch Alternativen angeboten haben, nachdem das von mir ins Auge gefasste Modell nicht in meiner Größe vorrätig war. Versuche, mir ein Schuhmodell aufzudrängen, blieben aus. Positiv gestimmt, verließ ich den Schuhladen mit dem festen Vorsatz, die „Deichmann“-Filiale in der Lugner-City und ihr kompetentes Verkaufsteam künftig regelmäßig aufzusuchen. In a positive mood, I left the shoe store with the firm intention of visiting the “Deichmann” branch in Lugner City and its competent sales team on a regular basis in the future.
