At the entrance they put a plate, "for consideration 5 euros". Meeting is hostile and disrespectful! These people - "traders" - have no idea who is entering their store. With such as these, you can not trade successfully. I recommend ignoring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to ask about purchasing live food. I was greeted by a quite challenging tone of 'Do you want something?" (most people say a polite Grüß Gott). I responded with a smile regardless and posed my question. The man gave me the price then immediately (and very purposely) turned to a nearby colleague, shutting off the possibility of any further questions.
There was no farwell of any sort as I left the shop even though the man was nearby.
Since my arrival in Vienna, this is the worst I've been treated as a middle-aged woman who is pretty fluent in German although not at all perfect.
I now live in the neighborhood and would have become a regular customer, but not if I have to fight with the staff each time I want something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hostile environment. Didnt feel comfy in the shop. someone came up to me and asked what I was doing and said if I was only here to look I should pay 5euros, which I think is absurd to ask. Did not pay and said I was a potential customer. Looked around for a short while and then left. condition and environment of animals kept in didnt look brilliant. Closed off area with more animals where I wasnt allowed to go :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smaller store, great selection of reptiles and fish. They carry a variety of ball python and cornsnake morphs. A little bit overpriced compared to some online reptile breeders I've checked out. A wild type ball python, for example, was 75 euros. If you aren't planning on buying, be prepared to pay for entry. The cost is 15 euros. As for the condition of the animals, I noticed some patchy sheds with the larger snakes, but other than that, they looked pretty good. I did notice many juvenile ball pythons and cornsnakes being housed in the the same enclosure (ball pythons with ball pythons and cornsnakes with cornsnakes). In my opinion, these enclosures were a bit too small to be housing more than one snake. But overall, a very nice selection of both animals and equipment.
