Nicht fähig den Fehler zu finden und jedesmal wird der Aufzug am Wochenende abgeschalten, immer ist die Telefonleitung defekt. Will sich da jemand Wochenend Stunden verdienen? Eigentlich sollte man auch minus Sterne vergeben können The worst elevator company I know. Not able to find the fault and every time the elevator is switched off at the weekend, the telephone line is always defective. Does anyone want to earn hours on weekends? You should actually be able to give minus stars
T	Thomas Kerzinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie schon ein paar Mal passiert, an einem Freitag nachmittag geht leider der Aufzug kaputt. Techniker kommt aber erst nach fast 2 Tagen am Sonntag gegen Mittag. Er schließt die offene Kabinentüre, setzt den Aufzug außer Betrieb und bringt die Nachricht an, dass der Aufzug ausser Betrieb ist. Als wenn wir das nicht schon seit 2 Tagen wüssten. Da für unser Gebiet anscheinend nur 1 Techniker am WE zur Verfügung steht und die Hotline am WE nach Deutschland umgeleitet ist, passiert natürlich vor Montag gar nix. Weil der Techniker nach Wien reportet und somit die Hotline nicht weiss, ob und wann er kommt bzw. was er veranlasst oder erledigt hat. 1 stern ist für das zu viel As has happened a few times, unfortunately the elevator breaks on a Friday afternoon. Technicians only arrive after almost 2 days on Sunday around noon. He closes the open car door, puts the elevator out of operation and displays the message that the elevator is out of operation. As if we hadn't known this for 2 days. Since there is apparently only 1 technician available at the WE for our area and the hotline at the WE is redirected to Germany, of course nothing happens before Monday. Because the technician reports to Vienna and therefore the hotline does not know whether and when he is coming or what he has arranged for or done. 1 star is too much for that

Und glaubt mir, ich, als 70% motorisch Behinderter Mensch, der in einem Wohnblock am 1. Stock wohnt und den der Aufzug lebenswichtig ist, weil überlege mal, du bist ich, wir alle leben in Zeiten von Corona, du kommst vom Einkaufen der Lebensmittel nach Hause und musst in den 1. Stock, um in deine Wohnung zu kommen ? das geht eben nur per Aufzug. Thyssen ist super, DANKE.... ? The service, the speed, the friendliness and the totally uncomplicated handling was amazing! And believe me, I, as a 70% motor-disabled person who lives in a block of flats on the 1st floor and for whom the elevator is vital, because think about it, you are me, we all live in times of Corona, you come from shopping Groceries home and you have to go to the first floor to get to your apartment ? that's only possible with the elevator. Thyssen is great, THANK YOU .... ?

Jeden Tag kommt ein Techniker, der Aufzug wird repariert und paar Stunden später funktuniert er wieder nicht! Wir hatten jetzt 3 Tage keinen Aufzug, es sind 8 Ebenen und es ist nicht einfach mit kleinen Kindern+ Kinderwagen oder Einkauf hinaufzugehen. 0 stars from us! The elevator has not been working every day for a week! A technician comes every day, the elevator is repaired and a few hours later it doesn't work again! We haven't had an elevator for 3 days, there are 8 levels and it is not easy to go up with small children + strollers or shopping.
M	Mischa AT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben unseren Aufzug nach 40 Jahren "renoviert". Er ist nun langsamer als vorher und die Türen brauchen deutlich länger zum öffnen. Die einzige Änderung ist das nun die Tasten leuchten wenn man sie drückt. Das hat drei Wochen gedauert (Es haben 2 junge Arbeitskräfte ca. 6h am Tag sehr entspannt gearbeitet - obwohl in unserem Haus einige Personen keine Treppen mehr gehen können). Absoluter Scam dieses Unternhemen! Have "renovated" our elevator after 40 years. It is now slower than before and the doors take significantly longer to open. The only change is that the buttons now light up when you press them. That took three weeks (2 young workers worked very relaxed for about 6 hours a day - although some people in our house can no longer walk stairs). Absolute scam of this company!
