Die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett und hat mir erklärt wenn es nicht allzu dringend ist, es besser wäre auf den Aufzugservice zu warten. So konnte ich mir 200 ersparen. Als der Techniker kam, bekam ich wie versprochen den Anruf. Auch dieser Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. ? Very nice ladies and gentlemen who work there. Nachdem der Lift vor 14 Tagen wieder einmal nicht funktionierte sandte man einen "Spezialtechniker" am 20.3.2018 funktionierte der Lieft wieder am 23.3.2018 (7 Uhr .15) stieg meine Frau in den LIft er funktionierte nicht und Sie konnte die Türe auch nicht öffnen und musste 30 Minuten warten, bis Sie von einem Wachdienst Angestellten befreit wurde. Heute soll der Lift wieder einmal repariert werden, Ich werde berichten, wie es weitergeht, Der Lift ist eine einzige Katastrophe, da er oft nicht funktioniert, 12.06.2019 Innerhalb eines Monats funktionierte der Lift 2 x nicht der Lift funktioniert sehr oft nicht - leider muss man einen Stern geben, die Firma hat nicht einmal einen Stern verdient In the house Hütteldorferstr. 72 was built not even a year ago a lift from Haushahn, he often does not work. Da dieses Teil schon öfter kaputt war verstehe ich nicht wieso man sowas nicht auf Lager legt. Finde die Beratung am telefon war sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Wohne im 5. Anfangs gab's des öfteren Probleme mit dem Aufzug, aber mittlerweile seit Jahren problemlos. Da die Haushahn Aufzüge GmbH jetzt wohl von Schindler-Aufzüge GmbH übernommen wurde, hoffe ich dass das Service weiterhin auf dem Niveau bleibt. Speziell bei Ausfällen ist es nervig wenn das lange dauert bis jemand kommt. Bisher kann ich nichts Negatives sagen...auf dass es so bleibt ?
