Ich habe iene neue Brennwert-Therme installieren lassen, eine alte Armatur reparieren und einen Gasherd anschließen. Empfehlenswert, die Mitarbeiter wirklich gut und nett, auch der Chef, das ist in Wien leider eine absolute Rarität. Ich habe bis heute immer den Thermen-Service von der Firma Wiesmayr durchführen lassen, da die Installateure sehr kompetent und freundlich sind. Mir wurde eine Kostenbestätigung per E-Mail von 180€ inkl. MWST. zugeschickt. Nach dem Service sollten jedoch zusätzliche 25€ für ein Zusatzteil verrechnet werden, von dem ich nichts wusste. Somit lag der Gesamtbetrag bei 205€ statt 180€. Als ich beim Office angerufen habe meinte die Dame, dass der Preis welcher 2-Wochen davor vereinbart worden ist schon veraltet ist und dies einfach so dazu gehört. Ich habe um eine Kulanzlösung gebeten, welche jedoch abgestritten worden ist. Vertröstet wurde ich mit einer Anfechtung, dass mir jemand vor die Tür geschickt wird um den Betrag von 25€ abzuholen, wenn ich diesen nicht gleich entrichten sollte. Hätte man mir dies davor schriftlich oder telefonisch zugeteilt, wäre es überhaupt kein Problem gewesen aber den Kunden einfach im Dunkeln stehen zu lassen und zu sagen: ,,gehen Sie den Betrag einfach bei der Bank abheben", während der Installateur in meiner Wohnung abwarten soll? Der Installateur war sehr freundlich und kompetent und musste mich in diesem Fall vertrösten, was NICHT seine Aufgabe gewesen ist! Total cheek! If I had been assigned this in writing or by phone beforehand, it would not have been a problem at all, but just to leave the customer in the dark and say: "Just go to the bank to withdraw the amount" while the plumber has to wait in my apartment? The installer was very friendly and competent and had to put me off in this case, which was NOT his job!
