Die Dame hat sich Zeit im Geschäft Zeit genommen und mir Schritt für Schritt erklärt durch welche Austauscharbeiten mein Problem behoben wird. Die Atmosphäre vor Ort ist sehr angenehm und familiär. Herr Heinzel kam zum vereinbarten Termin einfach nicht hat es auch nicht der Mühe wert empfunden den Termin vorher telefonisch abzusagen. Als ich dann nach längerem Warten in der Firma anrief meinte Herr Heinzel er sei vom Telefon nicht weggekommen und noch in der Firma. Sehr enttäuschend diese Haltung den Kunden gegenüber…! I had made an appointment with Mr. Heinzel to swap 3 fittings. Mr. Heinzel simply didn't show up at the agreed time and didn't think it was worth the effort to cancel the appointment in advance by telephone. When I called the company after a long wait, Mr. Heinzel said he hadn't gotten off the phone and was still at the company. This attitude towards customers is very disappointing...!
