★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe hier meine Daunenjacke reinigen lassen, diese wurde mir BESCHÄDIGT ZURÜCKGEGEBEN (Loch am Ärmel, welcher offenbar auch noch unsachgemäß und unschön geklebt wurde!). Der Schaden ist mir erst zH aufgefallen, beim Abholen wurde ich darauf nicht hingewiesen. Auf meine Reklamation wurde ich belächelt und verhöhnt, ich solle froh sein, dass die Jacke jetzt sauber sei (!?) und das Loch wäre schon vorher da gewesen. Auf meine Frage, warum ich bei der Abholung auf die Beschädigung (Daunen ist rausgekommen) nicht hingewiesen worden bin, kam die Anwort, dass man das normalerweise sehr wohl tut, aber in meinem Fall wäre der Schaden so offensichtlich, dass man davon ausgegangen sei, dass ich das wüsste (!), deswegen habe man mich mit der beschädigten Jacke unaufgeklärt gehen lassen. Von der Bereitschaft, den Schaden zu ersetzen, natürlich keine Spur. Unmöglich. Unhöflich. Unverschämt!
 I had my down jacket cleaned here, it was RETURNED DAMAGED (hole on the sleeve, which was apparently also improperly and unsightly glued!). I only noticed the damage partially, when I was picked up I was not informed about it. On my complaint I was laughed at and mocked, I should be glad that the jacket was clean now (!?) And the hole would have been there before. When I asked why I was not informed about the damage (down came out) when I was picked it up, the answer was that you normally do that, but in my case the damage would be so obvious that you assumed that I knew (!), that's why they let me go unexplained with the damaged jacket. Of course there was no sign of the willingness to make good the damage. Impossible. Not polite. Outrageous!
