Danke für einen verschwendeten Urlaubstag den ich mir nehmen musste um mir die Vormittage freizuhalten! I made an appointment and an alternative appointment for term maintenance, nobody showed up on both days, nobody contacted me and after contacting me, they just suggested a new appointment without any apologies. Thanks for a wasted vacation day that I had to take to keep the mornings free!

Die Terminvereinbarung online war sehr unkompliziert und wir waren sehr glücklich mit dem Service. Der Mitarbeiter, der den Service bei uns durchgeführt hat, war sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat alle unsere Fragen zu unserer Gastherme beantwortet, egal wie doof sie waren und uns sogar gezeigt wo man in unserer Wohnung das Wasser abdreht. Danke! Wir würden den Service jederzeit wieder bei Ihnen buchen. We had our thermal maintenance carried out by TSN installers. Scheduling an appointment online was very easy and we were very happy with the service. The employee who performed the service for us was very accommodating. He answered all of our questions about our gas boiler, no matter how stupid they were, and even showed us where to turn off the water in our apartment. Thanks! We would book the service with you again at any time.

Obwohl die Therme 2 Jahre nicht gewartet wurde, verlief die Wartung unkompliziert. Gerne wieder! Good service, quick appointments, punctual appearance, nice employees. Although the thermal bath has not been serviced for 2 years, the maintenance was uncomplicated. Gladly again!
J	Jakob Graf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Termin um 1430 war ausgemacht, der Monteur ruft mich um 1411 an, wo ich bleibe. War dann wie vereinbart um 1430 vor Ort. Ohne einen Blick auf die Therme hat der Monteur den 3 fachen Preis wie vereinbart verlangen wollen, mit Begründung, dass die letzte Wartung 10 Jahre her ist, obwohl sie vor einem Jahr gemacht wurde (mit Aufkleber) und ich musste mich nochmal angehen lassen, dass ich zu spät war und Freitag immer Zuschläge sind obwohl ich den Termin Wochen zuvor ausgemacht hatte. Ich habe ihn dann nach Hause geschickt. Bitte einen seriösen Anbieter wählen, spart Nerven. Antwort zu Kommentar: Das ist so nicht Richtig. Es wurde jedes Jahr Wartung gemacht und die Therme war komplett sauber, wenn der Techniker nicht nur das erste Pickerl ansieht oder gar kommuniziert hätte er das auch leicht herausfinden können. Without looking at the thermal bath, the fitter wanted to charge 3 times the price as agreed, on the grounds that the last service was 10 years ago, although it was done a year ago (with a sticker) and I had to go over it again I was late and there are always surcharges on Fridays, even though I had made the appointment weeks in advance. I then sent him home. Please choose a reputable provider, saves nerves. Answer to comment: That is not correct. Maintenance was done every year and the thermal bath was completely clean, if the technician didn't just look at the first sticker or even communicated it, he could have easily found out.
b	butalliwantisme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte letztes Jahr eine super positive Erfahrung mit der Firma, freundlicher telefonischer Kontakt, Thermenservice kostete genau so viel wie telefonisch vereinbart, bzw auf der Website aufgeführt. Dieses Jahr: sehr unfreundlicher Herr am Telefon, habe trotzdem einen Termin vereinbart, für den mir nach Abschluss der Arbeit dann plötzlich 80€ mehr verrechnet wurden. Ich war nach meiner ersten Erfahrung absolut zufrieden, werde hier aber keine Leistungen mehr beauftragen. Last year had a very positive experience with the company, friendly telephone contact, thermal service cost exactly as much as agreed by phone or listed on the website. This year: very unfriendly gentleman on the phone, I still made an appointment for which I was suddenly charged 80 € more after finishing work. After my first experience, I was absolutely satisfied, but I won't be commissioning any more services here.

I explained, in detail, over the phone, exactly what I needed - remove the old sink and install the new one. I was told that they could do that, and was given an hourly rate (108E). They made an appointment with me to install the sink the next day. About an hour before the appointment, the plumbing technician called and said he would be about an hour late. When he still didn't show up at that time, I called the main office, and was told that the plumbing technician had decided not to do the job. That's right, after agreeing to do the work and making an appointment, the company simply decided to back out without even informing me. I made it clear that I would even be willing to pay for a new Armatur if one was necessary, but that the apartment had been fully renovated only 11 years ago, so I felt there was a good chance that the current Armatur would be in good enough shape to continue using. No luck - they left me high and dry. Truly despicable.
