Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr kompetent und freundlich. Einmal schilderte ich nur um was es in dem Buch geht und die Mitarbeiterin wusste sofort Titel und Autor des Buches! Ich war baff! I always like going to Thalia in the Rosenarcade. You have almost everything and what is not there, can be ordered. The staff are very competent and friendly. Once I only described what the book is about and the employee immediately knew the title and author of the book! I was baffled!

Auch einige Schreibwaren und Brettspiele kann man hier finden. Leider wurde das Sortiment an Zeichen- und Malartikeln stark gekürzt. Dafür gibt es Stofftiere und andere nette Kleinigkeiten. Personal ist überwiegend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Üblicherweise ist dieses Geschäft stärker besucht als andere. A classic Thalia.
