Kundenservice schaut anders aus! On Saturday, June 12th, 2021, a child for 4 years was forbidden from entering the toilet with a reference to Corona, just ridiculous. Customer service looks different!

Nach telefonischer Anfrage betreffend eines Artikels bekommt zur Antwort "Dieser Artikel ist lagernd, aber wegen Ihnen gehe ich sicher nicht ins Lager" Und nach Beschwerde bei der Zentral, welche ich im Dezember voriges Jahr gemacht wurde (per E-mail) bekommt als Antwort "Wir haben Ihr Anliegen an die zuständige Abteilung weitergeleitet. Sobald wir nähere Informationen erhalten haben, werden wir uns wieder mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen." Jetzt ist Ende Februar! Haha Info If there was less than one star, I would give it. -10 would be best. The staff is so unfriendly. After a telephone inquiry regarding an article you will get an answer "This item is in stock, but I'm sure I'm not going to stock because of you" And after a complaint to Zentral, which I made in December last year (by e-mail), the answer was "We have forwarded your request to the responsible department. As soon as we have received more information, we will get in touch with you again put." Now is the end of February! Haha info

Offenbar wurde jetzt alles umgestellt und wohl auch die Produktpalette erweitert was prinzipiell fein ist, aber die Gänge enorm verschmälert. Personal unterschiedlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Filialleiter (glaube ich) höflich aber nicht freundlich. Ad Corona: keine einzige Mitarbeiterin trägt die Maske korrekt. Alle unter der Nase. Alle. A medium-sized miller. Apparently everything has now been changed and the product range has probably been expanded, which is fine in principle, but the aisles have been narrowed enormously. Staff differently friendly and helpful. Branch manager (I think) polite but not friendly. Ad Corona: not a single employee wears the mask correctly. All under the nose. All.
