M	Michelle Jasek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klein aber fein ;super wenn einem in der Schule etwas ausgeht (zB.Tipp-ex,..)dann kann ich in einer Freistunde hinfahren dies dann nachkaufen. Bemütes Personal ,immer freundlich &höflich. Small but nice; great if you run out of something in school (e.g. Tip-ex, ..) then I can go there in a free hour and buy it again. Courteous staff, always friendly & polite.

Vorher immer freundliche Bedienung an der kassa Not particularly customer friendly. No attention was drawn to Jörg card. For an amount of 4 euros does not pay off. Always friendly service at the cash desk beforehand
S	Sebastian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Gänge sind mir etwas zu klein wenn mal mehr los ist. Wenn man nicht oft dort ist ist es auch ein wenig unübersichtlich. The hallways are a bit too small for me when there is more going on. If you are not there often, it is also a little confusing.

Der Chef der Filiale in Bad Ischl hatte es persönlich in die Filiale Bad Ischl gebracht. Ich war baff und begeistert zugleich. Hut ab das ist eine Leistung. Got a game for me that no longer exists. The nice saleswoman has done everything, let's say in a snap. The manager of the branch in Bad Ischl personally brought it to the branch in Bad Ischl. I was amazed and excited at the same time. Hats off that is an achievement.

Ich werde in Zukunft wohl Amazon den Vorzug geben. NEVER AGAIN to this Libro .... It's always a waste of time. Personnel are unable to keep stock levels up to date. I will probably give preference to Amazon in the future.

Ich habe einen Artikel online bestellt, zur Abholung in der Filiale Stockerau. da er nicht kam, bis ich ihn brauchte, habe ich die Bestellung storniert. Würde mir auch bestätigt und man sagte mir, bis alles erledigt ist, dauert es noch und dann bekomme ich das Geld retour. 2 Monate und zahlreiche E-Mails an den Kundenservice und ich habe noch immer kein Geld gesehen. Es handelt sich nur um einen kleinen Betrag, aber trotzdem hat LIBRO nicht das Recht sich das Geld einfach zu behalten. Never again LIBRO! Unfortunately, it is better to order from Amazon. I ordered an item online for collection at the Stockerau branch. since it didn't come by the time I needed it, I canceled the order. It was also confirmed to me and I was told that it would take a while until everything was done and then I would get my money back. 2 months and numerous emails to customer service and I still haven't seen any money. It is only a small amount, but LIBRO does not have the right to simply keep the money.
