 Well-equipped branch with practical parking spaces in front of the door. Large assortment with everything you need. Nicely furnished. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Verkäuferinnen sind teils sehr freundlich. Fragen zu Produkten sollte man eher nicht haben da sich niemand auskennt, aber wie auch mit dem Personalwechsel, da bleibt keine Zeit zum lerner.
Some of the shop assistants are very friendly. You shouldn't have questions about products because nobody knows what they're doing, but as with the change in staff, there is no time to learn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiterin war super freundlich. Aber Libro ist nicht mehr das was es einmal war. Ware wird immer weniger und Sortiment immer kleiner. Schade!!!!
Staff member was super friendly. But Libro is not what it used to be. Goods are getting less and less, and the range is getting smaller. What a shame!!!!

Everything OK, unfortunately some books are sold out at the beginning of school. Employees are very helpful - even when there is a lot going on. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schön struktiertes und sauberes Geschäft. Produkt Angebot breitgefächert. Vom Kaugimmi - Smartphone bekommt man fast alles. Leider gibt es für den Zeichen und bastelbedarf nur Standard Sachen. Personal vorhanden und nett.
Was mir in letzter Zeit immer öfters auffällt das man fast in keinem Geschäft mehr gefragt wird ob man vl Hilfe braucht.
Das wäre mein Verbesserungsvorschlag auf den Kunden zu gehen wenn er offensichtlich nicht weiter weis. Ist ein kleiner Einsatz für den Verkäufer und ein Lächeln für beide.
Nicely structured and clean business. Wide range of products. You can get almost everything from the Kaugimmi smartphone. Unfortunately there are only standard things for the sign and handicraft needs. Staff available and nice.
What I have noticed more and more recently that you are almost never asked in any business whether you need help.
That would be my suggestion for improvement to go to the customer if he obviously doesn't know what to do next. Is a small effort for the seller and a smile for both of them.
