Alles was man bezüglich Pflege wissen muss bekommt man - perfekt verständlich auf einem Infoblatt niedergeschrieben - mit nach Hause. Not exactly the cheapest piercing studio, but the work is done cleanly and competently. You get everything you need to know about care - written down on an information sheet in a perfectly understandable way - to take home with you.

Ich wurde ganz nett beraten und ich konnte mir aus den Vitrinen mehrere Piercinge anschauen, bevor ich mich für meinen Ring entschieden habe. Ein Stock weiter oben, erwartet Marc, der Inhaber, seine KundInnen zum Stechen. Ohne viel Tamtam ist man ruckzuck fertig. Wer ein Piercing gestochen haben möchte, sollte allerdings rechtzeitig nach Terminen schauen, denn die Wartezeit kann bis zu 6 Wochen dauern. Abzug gibt es bei den Sternen, weil Mails nicht beantwortet wurden. Mein Ohr hat sich leider sehr entzündet und auf die Frage, ob ich kurz vorbei kommen könnte, war die Antwort, ja mit Termin. Da ich keine 6 Wochen warten konnte, musste ich mein Piercing rausnehmen, weil das Ohr so geschwollen war. Somit €250,00 raus geschmissen. Schade, denn vielleicht hätte man es retten können !!! Kundenservice müsste wirklich verbessert werden und für die Kontrolle dürften nicht €10,- verlangt werden, sondern sollten in den €75,- /€100,- inbegriffen sein. Auch wenn die Ohren wie am Fließband gestochen werden, darf der Kundenservice nicht darunter leiden. You come into the shop and can admire a variety of piercings. I was given very nice advice and I was able to look at several piercings from the showcases before I decided on my ring. One floor up, Marc, the owner, awaits his customers for pricking. You're done in no time without much fanfare. However, if you want to have a piercing done, you should make an appointment in good time, because the waiting time can last up to 6 weeks. The stars are deducted because emails were not answered. Unfortunately, my ear became very inflamed and when I was asked if I could come by, the answer was yes, with an appointment. Since I couldn't wait 6 weeks, I had to take my piercing out because the ear was so swollen. So €250.00 thrown out. Too bad, because maybe it could have been saved !!! Customer service really needs to be improved and the check shouldn't be charged €10,- but should be included in the €75,-/€100,-. Even if the ears are pricked like on an assembly line, customer service must not suffer as a result.

Great competent advice, everyone super nice. If I decide to have more piercings, I would always go there. I can only recommend it.

War mal dort zur Beratung, habe 1,5 h gewartet obwohl ich bezahlt habe. Die Beratung hat nicht mal 5 min gedauert und 15 Euro waren schon weg.Obwohl ich so lange gewartet habe. Obwohl der Typ viele gute Bewertungen hat ist er mir unsympathisch. Nur Geldgeil und alles schnell schnell. Zum Glück hab ich mir dort nichts machen lassen. Besser die Finger davon lassen. I find the guy unsympathetic. He looks like the mad professor from a horror movie. Was there for a consultation, waited 1.5 hours even though I paid. The consultation took less than 5 minutes and 15 euros were already gone, even though I waited so long. Although the guy has many good ratings, I don't like him. Only greedy for money and everything fast fast. Luckily I didn't have anything done there. Better keep your hands off it.

This place is among the best. Great service. I felt as though they were taking really good care of me. Also, they focus on aftercare to make sure everything is fine - not every place does this. You will be in excellent hands here.
