Der Verkäufer wich nicht von unserer Seite und drängte auf eine schnelle Entscheidung. Seine Äußerungen waren absolut unpassend und unprofessionell. Nie mehr wieder. Too bad, some carpets would be nice, but you have no chance as a customer to look around in peace. The seller did not leave our side and urged a quick decision. His comments were absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. Never again.

Eine tolle und fachmännische Beratung finde ich gerade bei der Anschaffung eines teppiches wichtig, denn ja - Qualität hat ihren preis. Die richtige Entscheidung zu treffen ist in dem fall ja nicht etwas alltägliches. Wenn man in ruhe schauen möchte, muss man das nur sagen. Riesige auswahl und super service! Bin sehr zufrieden und würde auch in Zukunft dort einkaufen :-) Can not join the previous comments! A great and expert advice I find especially in the purchase of a carpet important, because yes - quality has its price. To make the right decision in this case is not something commonplace. If you want to rest, you have to say that. Huge selection and great service! I am very satisfied and would go shopping there in the future :-)

Der Inhaber, Herr Muigg berät gut, (man wird in keinster Weise zu einem Kauf gedrängt!), hat seriöse und gute Preise und bietet ein TOP Service. Wir haben schon mehrere Teppiche bei ihm gekauft. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, Teppiche FACHGERECHT zu reinigen (Achtung, es sind sonst nämlich in dieser Branche viele Betrüger unterwegs...). 100% Empfehlung! The best carpet shop in Innsbruck. The owner, Mr. Muigg advises well (you are in no way pushed to buy!), Has serious and good prices and offers a TOP service. We have already bought several carpets from him. There is also the possibility to clean carpets in a PROFESSIONAL manner (attention, otherwise there are many fraudsters out and about in this industry ...). 100% recommendation!
