Nice selection of flooring to furniture to kitchen wares to lighting to cafe foods. A good selection even if not the top European quality. Lot's of made in China. A much toned down Ikea with seemingly better quality less crowds and

Ambience: Very good Customer service: ok Range: Wide range with different options +ves: Nice offers -ves: No cash back for returns, only voucher / Long wait time on offer items. / Earlier low quality items not used to be there, however now they are having low quality items which they accept too which I didn't expect from XXXL and they say €60 Carpet which is sold at €35 will last only for 2 to 3 months, instead I would say better they don't sell it.

One of the most complicated furniture stores ever. It takes a number of calls between multiple departments to arrange for a simple delivery 2-3 months after purchase. Why are you so slow, and why can't you arrange for a delivery on an exact date when you are so slow?

Worst delivery experience I have ever had! I made 2 orders, the arrangement of delivery date supposedly works online, but it didn't for either of them. I had to make 9 calls and several emails in the past month to schedule 2 simple deliveries and one of the items didn't even arrive. The support is very friendly, but the process is such, that they are practically useless. All they can tell you is "I cannot schedule your delivery, you have to wait for a call from our supplier', yet no where can I find a number of any supplier. For the past week I sent another email and made a call to cancel this item! A week later, I still have no confirmation and this is still not cancelled! Worst process ever! and now I have to call support again to just get the same useless information... Update: Now 2 weeks since I cancelled an item, I sent 2 emails and got a response that it will be cancelled and I don't need to call. I also called twice and was assured that the item will be cancelled. Today I got a call from the shipping agency, who didn't know it's cancelled 2 weeks ago and started shouting at me and hung up on me..... just WOW......
