Das Customer Service bot an sie nochmals hineinzumachen. Da wir letztes Jahr schon das gleiche Problem hatten, wollten wir das nicht. Geld zurück oder Gutschrift war unmöglich - also 12 € für nichts ausgegeben. My daughter's extensions went out the next day, even though she was very careful not to get her hair wet. The customer service offered to do it again. Since we had the same problem last year, we didn't want that. Money back or credit was impossible - so 12 € spent on nothing.

Ich bin mit meinem Haarschnitt nicht ganz zufrieden, es lag wohl an der Kommunikation und am Zeitdruck. Very efficient, really cheap. The staff seemed a bit stressed because it was busy. I'm not entirely satisfied with my haircut, it was probably due to communication and time pressure.

Da die Preise insgesamt gestiegen sind ist Klipp im unteren Mittelfeld meiner Meinung nach zu finden. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Frisur passt auch immer und auf Wünsche wird prompt eingegangen. Einen Punkt gibt es der noch wirklich stört. Sicher ist jedem Dienstleister daran gelegen Produkte zu vertreiben ABER bitte nicht mit einer derartigen Vehemenz! Wenn ich mir NUR die Haare schneiden lassen will und das auch vorher kund tue möchte ich nicht ständig auf andere Leistungen und Produkte hingewiesen werden. Eine kurze Nachfrage ist aufmerksam und freundlich, ständiges Nachhaken eher störend aufdringlich. Ich vermute dass die Mitarbeiterinnen dazu angehalten werden- ich finde weniger ist mehr, sollte es nicht besser werden wechsle ich den Anbieter. I have already visited the hairdressing salon a few times and overall I am quite satisfied. Since the prices have increased overall, Klipp is in the lower mid-range in my opinion. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The hairstyle always fits and requests are promptly catered for. There is one point that really bothers me. Sure, every service provider is interested in selling products BUT please not with such vehemence! If I ONLY want to get my hair cut and also announce this beforehand, I don't want to be constantly referred to other services and products. A brief inquiry is attentive and friendly, constant follow-up is rather annoyingly intrusive. I suspect that the employees are encouraged to do so - I think less is more, if it doesn't get better I switch providers.
