Habe nun kein Make up und muss mir ein anderes besorgen. Airbrush ist daher zur Zeit nicht zu gebrauchen. Verkäuferin war sehr bemüht. Beim ersten Mal hatte ich Prozente bekommen und jetzt nicht mehr. Chefin war nicht kooperativ und hat nicht einmal mit mir gesprochen. Bin etwas enttäuscht von der Firma. Es tut mir leid, dass ich mir so ein Gerät gekauft habe. War ja nicht so billig und nun kann ich es nicht verwenden. I chose 2 different colors of make-up and unfortunately none was in stock. Delivery only at the end of the month. Now I have no make-up and I have to get another one. Airbrush is therefore currently unusable. Saleswoman was very hard. The first time I got percentages and now I didn't. Boss was not cooperative and didn't even speak to me. I'm a little disappointed with the company. I am sorry that I bought such a device. Wasn't that cheap and now I can't use it.

I call: "Do you have xy in stock?" Answer: "Yes, we have". Me: "Are the professional discounts also valid in the shop?" Answer: "Yes!" Me: "Okay, then I'll come by, see you soon" Answer: "I'm happy". In the shop: "Unfortunately, we only have online sales." Customer account registration has not worked for 1.5 years.
