I	Incredible Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Filiale war viel zu voll und keine Beratung hatte Zeit...zudem bin ich hingegangen nachdem eine Freundin speziell diese Filiale empfohlen hat, war sehr enttäuschend! Ich musste danach in eine andere Filiale gehen nur um dort eine komplett falsche Beratung zu bekommen... Ich wollte meine Haare eigentlich weißblond färben aber die Mitarbeiterin hat mir zu nem aschblond geraten wegen meiner sehr bleichen Haut, im Endeffekt bin ich jetzt GELB und komplett unzufrieden mit meiner Haarfarbe... dabei wollte ich mir eigentlich nur den Friseur sparen da er bei meiner Haarlänge sehr teuer ist... jetzt hab ich nicht nur ein bissl unter 50€ (brauchte 2-3 tuben farbe wegen meiner Haarlänge und dieses aufhellmittel) ausgegeben sondern kann auch nochmal 120€ für den Friseur ausgeben!! Außerdem kann ich jetzt mind 2 wochen mit nem Haar wie ein Gelbkopfkakadu rumlaufen! Danke aber nein Danke! The branch was much too full and no advice had time ... besides, I went there after a friend specifically recommended this branch was very disappointing! I then had to go to another branch just to get a completely wrong advice there ... I wanted to dye my hair white-blond but the coworker has advised me to be ashamed because of my very pale skin, in the end I am now YELLOW and completely dissatisfied with my hair color ... I really only wanted to save the hairdresser because he was with me Hair length is very expensive ... now I have not only a bit under 50 ¬ (needed 2-3 tubes color because of my hair and this lightening agent) spent but can also spend again 120 ¬ for the hairdresser! In addition, I can run around now at least 2 weeks with his hair like a yellow headed cockatoo! No thank you!

Er ist einfach spitze, er hat sowohl mich als auch eine andere Kundnin (in Englischer Sprache) zeitgleich beraten können was für seine fachliche Kompetenz und Aufmerksamkeit spricht. Die Dame sowohl als ich haben die passenden Produkte erhalten und sind überaus zufrieden damit. Ich gehe nur mehr in die Filiale am Hauptbahnhof da der Herr sehr freundlich, liebenswert und vom Fach ist. Seine charmante Art und dazu sein breites Wissen als Friseur und Stylist hat mich auch dazu bewogen mehrer Produkte als geplant zu kaufen, was für ihn spricht. Ich bin voll auf zufrieden und kann ihn weiter empfehlen. Selten findet man in Wien und bei ROMA so eine nette Beratung und perfekten Service. Gerne wieder & vielen lieben Dank. He is just great, he has been able to advise both me and another client (in English) at the same time what speaks for his professional competence and attention. The lady as well as I have received the appropriate products and are extremely satisfied with it. I'm just going to the branch at the main station because the gentleman is very friendly, loveable and the subject. His charming nature and his broad knowledge as a hairdresser and stylist has also led me to buy more products than planned, which speaks for him. I am fully satisfied and I can recommend him. Ja er hat sich Zeit für mich genommen doch bereits als ich rein gekommen bin war er zickig... Wir haben lange geredet und diskutiert, es ging darum dass ich meinen Rotstich loswerden wollte (orange Haare) ich weiß nicht wiiiie oft ich sagte dass ich einen Aschton brauche, dann haben wir uns auf rine Farbe geeinigt, zuhause pack ich sie aus und lese "deep brown" Er sollte wissen dass da gaaanz viele rotpigmente drinnen sind! Beim anrühren war die Farbe schon knall rot und nach 5min einwirken (bzw strähnenweisem auftragen ) waren die spitzen bereits Rosa. Vielen Dank Herr Inkompetent! Rotstich bekommt man mit Aschtönen weg und nicht mit einem Goldbraun wenn man Blond bleiben will.... The girls who work here are totally sweet, understanding and helpful, but this bald man ... Der kahle Herr, über den hier derartig hergezogen wird, nahm sich viel Zeit für die passende Beratung. Ich kaufte eine Tönung, ein Silbershampoo und eine Pflegemaske, und bin vollauf zufrieden, auch mit seiner geduldigen, kompetenten und witzigen Art hat er mich beeindruckt. Ich wurde immer ausgezeichnet beraten, verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht und bitte achtet mal drauf: Bei den 1-Stern Bewertungen finde ich es äußerst seltsam, dass fast alle 1-Stern Bewertungen nur eine einzige Rezensionen haben, nämlich diese eine hier, ich glaub euch kein Wort. F	Fran Br on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin aufgrund der letzten positiven Beratungsbewertungen zum Roma im Hauptbahnhof, weil meine Haare nach dem Ansatz nachfärben ganz üble gelbe Stellen hatten. Mich hat eine Frau beraten, die dort aushilft und es war wirklich eine super Beratung! Sie hat sich Zeit genommen, war wirklich einfühlsam (Haare sind ja auch, vor allem in dem Zustand in dem meine waren, eine hoch emotionale Sache), aber hat nichts beschönigt. Sie hat mir ihre ehrliche Meinung gesagt und von diversen Ideen, die ich hatte um das ganze im Alleingang zu retten, abgeraten (zum Glück, blondierte Haare sind die reinste Naturwissenschaft!). Im Endeffekt hat sie mich darin bestärkt, dass es berechtigt ist dass ich nochmal hingehe und es mir korrigieren lasse und genau das habe ich gemacht- war jetzt nochmal dort und die Haare sind gerettet! Danke! Werde sicher wiederkommen! I am based on the last positive advice on Roma in the main station, because my hair had very bad yellow spots after the beginning of the dyeing. A woman who helps out there advised me and it was really great advice! She took her time, was really empathetic (hair is also a highly emotional thing, especially in the state mine was in), but didn't gloss over anything. She told me her honest opinion and advised against various ideas that I had to save the whole thing on my own (luckily, bleached hair is the purest natural science!). In the end, she confirmed that I was entitled to go back and have it corrected and that is exactly what I did - I was there again and my hair was saved! Thanks! Will be back for sure!
