★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlicher Kontakt vor Ort. Display-Reparatur beim iPhone 7 klappte binnen 48 Stunden. So weit so gut.
Nach einer guten Woche fing das Display dann anlasslos an vertikale schwarze Streifen darzustellen, zunächst nur dünn. Nach einem Tag war fast das gesamte Display schwarz und reagierte nicht mehr auf Berührungen, das iPhone somit unbrauchbar.
Ich hatte die Reparatur während meines Urlaubes in Österreich machen lassen, wohne aber selber rund 1.000 km weit weg. Dies bedeutete Kommunikation nur telefonisch (freundlich und hilfsbereit) und via e-Mail (langsam und sehr verkürzt). Nach einigem hin und her entschloss ich mich das defekte Gerät nach Österreich zu senden, in der Annahme dort würde das Display auf Gewährleistung getauscht. Das war leider nicht der Fall, statt dessen fing Herr Dogan an sich via Mail rauszureden und meinte das Display sei durch mein eigenes Verschulden wieder defekt. Dies ist jedoch eindeutig nicht der Fall, der Teleplanet Imst hat einfach schlampig gearbeitet und wollte nur Geld sparen und der gesetzlichen Pflicht der Gewährleistung nicht nachkommen. Und klar, 1.000 km weit weg kann ich wenig unternehmen... Vor Ort hätte man sich vielleicht anders einigen können.
Sehr schade und sehr ärgerlich! Kurz: schlechter Service wenn es drauf an kommt, nach meiner Erfahrung nicht empfehlenswert! Lieber in den nächsten Ort fahren...
Friendly local contact. Display repair on the iPhone 7 worked within 48 hours. So far so good.
After a good week, the display then began to display angless vertical black stripes, initially only thin. After one day, almost the entire display was black and no longer responding to touch, the iPhone thus useless.
I had the repair done during my vacation in Austria, but I lived about 1,000 km away. This meant communication only by phone (friendly and helpful) and via e-mail (slow and very short). After some back and forth, I decided to send the defective device to Austria, assuming the display would be swapped for warranty. That was unfortunately not the case, instead, Mr. Dogan began to talk out via e-mail and said the display was broken by my own fault again. However, this is clearly not the case, the Teleplanet Imst has just worked sloppy and just wanted to save money and the statutory duty of warranty does not meet. And of course, I can do little about 1,000 km away ... On the ground you might have agreed otherwise.
Very sad and very annoying! In short: bad service when it comes down to it, in my experience not recommended! Better to drive to the next place ...
