★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund der fehlenden Deutschkenntnisse oder mangelndem Einsatzwillen haben wir es nach dem vierten Versuch endlich geschafft eine defekte SIM-Karte im Handy auszutauschen. Dank der Telering Beraterin beim Schalter 6 sind wir zweimal nach Hause gefahren um einen Pass zu holen haben aber dann die Heiratsurkunde vergessen bisher wussten wir nicht dass wir für einen Handyvertrag von monatlich 20 € mehr Dokumente benötigen als für einen Kaufvertrag für ein Einfamilienhaus
Due to the lack of knowledge of German or lack of commitment, we finally made it after the fourth attempt to replace a defective SIM card in the phone. Thanks to the Telering consultant at the counter 6, we went home twice to get a passport but then forgot the marriage certificate so far we did not know that we need for a mobile phone contract of € 20 per month more documents than for a purchase contract for a detached house

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Shop ist etwas versteckt in einem Seitenbereich der Plus City. Der Shop selbst ist sehr klein und eng. Wir hatten eine Frage zu unsere Telering Rechnung. Der Mitarbeiter war zwar kompetent, leider auch sehr unfreundlich. Diese Verhalten bin ich aus anderen Telering Shops nicht gewöhnt.
The shop is a bit hidden in a side area of the Plus City. The shop itself is very small and tight. We had a question about our Telering bill. The staff was competent, unfortunately very rude. I am not used to this behavior from other Telering shops.
