A	A. Raumpflege on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bedaure eine lediglich mittelmäßige Bewertung abzugeben, da das Konzept gut und Fr. Hue Van durchaus freundlich ist. Jedoch wird der Eindruck einer Einrichtung sehr wesentlich von den Mitarbeitern (in jüngst erlebter Situation Mitarbeiterin!) getragen. Und hier sei angeführt, dass vorort ein derart hypertropher, ungebildeter und anmaßend agierender Trampl tätig ist, wie ich es schon lange nicht mehr erlebt habe. Fr. Hue Van sei empfohlen zwecks Kundenbindung auf die Umgangsformen ihrer Mitarbeiter zu achten. I regret giving a mediocre rating because the concept is good and Ms. Hue Van is very friendly. However, the impression of a facility is very much borne by the employees (in the recently experienced situation, an employee!). And here it should be mentioned that there is such a hypertrophic, uneducated and presumptuous Trampl working on site that I haven't seen for a long time. Ms. Hue Van is recommended to pay attention to the manners of her employees for the purpose of customer loyalty.
R	Raweater on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich frage mich warum der Geschäftsinhaber bei so vielen negativen Bewertungen, die unfreundliche Verkäuferin nicht schon längst gekündigt hat. Bei mir würden die Alarmglocken läuten, denn diese unzufriedenen Kunden sind für immer verloren. I wonder why, with so many negative reviews, the unfriendly saleswoman has not quit the business owner long ago. The alarm bells would ring for me because these dissatisfied customers are lost forever.

Auch das Teeporzellan ist erste Klasse, wenn auch teuer. Freundliche und zügige Abwicklung via Internetbestellung. Excellent tea selection! The golden macha is tasty and unbeatable at this price. Chrysanthemums excellent. The tea china is also first class, albeit expensive. Friendly and quick processing via internet order.
P	Pascal Mahal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ansich ist dieser Laden für Teeliebhaber wirklich toll. Ausgezeichnete Grüntees und alles was man dazu braucht. Richtig schöne Kannen, Tassen, Becher,... Was ich nicht verstehe, dass die Öffnungszeiten nicht eingehalten werden. Ich war an einem Donnerstag gegen 14:00 dort und es war zu. Lustigerweise stand an der Tür, "geöffnet, bitte anläuten". Ich habe geklopft, geläutet und angerufen. Nichts! Da vergeht es mir, mich überhaupt auf den Weg zu machen. Wirklich schade! In itself, this shop is really great for tea lovers. Excellent green teas and everything you need to go with them. Really nice pots, cups, mugs,... What I don't understand is that the opening times are not observed. I was there around 2pm on a Thursday and it was closed. Funnily enough, the door said "open, please ring". I knocked, rang and called. Nothing! It makes me forget to even set off. A real shame!
