We booked breakfast on 11.09.21. We were on time. At the reception desk was nice man. Later ………. difficult to understand situation with very rude and impolite waiter. We wasted the time there. Precious time on Saturday morning with family!. I don’t recommend this place. For sure is possible to find much better place nearby. For the owner of this restaurant ours oppinion - this man sholuld change profession asap.

Nice tea house with a nice garden to have tea breakfast, lunch and more to normal prices for the city center. Tea selection is really big.

Breakfast is awful! Eggs were burned, vegetables were greasy. I lost my appetite when i saw the dish! only one waiter serves all tables. Coffee tastes good though

You must book ahead as it is VERY busy. The service is good, quite speedy and friendly. We went one day and they gave us a table for half an hour - we shared the bruscetta which was OK, and had the stephenstorte (chocolate cake) which was delicious. We went back the next day and booked ahead and had the belgravia afternoon tea. It was absolutely delicious, well worth the money. Variety of strawberries, tea, champagne, sandwiches and cakes. One of the sandwiches wasn't very nice (the salmon one) but I would have it again.

A great small cafe in the heart of Vienna. Visited on 8th Dec 2018 People: 2 Ordered: Great Italian breakfast and Shakshuka. Food was great. Would highly recommend. Accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly, not made for big groups of people. Food: 5 stars +++ Highlight: My Italian breakfast comes in 2 courses, and the best part about it was croissant with apricot jam and it was one of the best croissants I have had in my life! Buttery and flaky. Advice: Book in advance on weekends. Can get pretty full. Ideal of groups of 2 to 6.

Haas & Haas is the first in my list of specialty tea houses in Vienna I've visited thusfar and I must say that I've not been disappointed at all! :) Food-wise, I'd say Haas & Haas is all right, and the true star is their selection of teas. I started with the Viennese Rosengard, which is a green tea with pesch notes. The tea was so lovely that I'd decided to try a second one --- the Figs & Rose tea --- which was beautiful as well. Both are teas which are naturally sweet without any bitter notes and, to my surprise, their flavours were more intense than their scent. Both are not classified as luxury teas in the menu and come in at EUR 5.90 a pot. Aside from the two teas, I got the English breakfast set (which has two courses --- the platter with toast and a second course with a scone --- that costs EUR 13. The English breakfast doesn't follow the traditional English breakfast (which has baked beans and mushrooms and no fries from what I recall). The second course of a scone was rather nice with the mascarpone although I can't help but wonder how much better it'd be with clotted cream. The ambience of Haas & Haas was fabulous as well. I had the pleasure of enjoying a quite morning in the inner courtyard facing away from the hubbub of Stephansplatz. I really liked the experience there and I'd definitely return to try more of their teas. ‪⸜(*ˊᵕˋ* )⸝‬

There's both a tea shop and a restaurant in the same place, with an enormous variety of teas to buy and drink. During Christmas time there is a special collection of teas with Christmas flavours at the shop. The one I bought was totally worth it. At the restaurant, the staff was very kind and took the time to help is choose which tea to taste. Apfelstrudel was also very delicious! *The restaurant is usually full but there is a beautiful back yard with blankets on the chairs.
