Mit der Auswahl an Tees (schwarz, grün, weiß, Oolong, Kräuter), der Qualität und der Preisgestaltung bin ich durchwegs zufrieden. Früchtetees trinke ich selbst keine, aber beschenkte Familienmitglieder haben sich immer sehr darüber gefreut. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und konnte bei Fragen bisher stets weiterhelfen. Auch Onlinebestellungen laufen problemlos ab. Es ist zwar schade, dass es den Konsumationsbereich im oberen Stockwerk seit dem Umbau vor ein paar Jahren nicht mehr gibt, aber solange der Tee passt, bin ich zufrieden. I've been shopping here regularly since 2010. I am consistently satisfied with the selection of teas (black, green, white, oolong, herbs), the quality and the pricing. I don't drink fruit teas myself, but family members who have given presents have always been very happy about them. The staff is extremely friendly and has always been able to help with questions. Online orders also run smoothly. It's a shame that the consumption area on the upper floor hasn't been there since the renovation a few years ago, but as long as the tea fits, I'm happy.

Helpful and nice staff! Also, elxcellent quality teas/teablends.
