Früher gab es dort einmal guten und günstigen Kaffee das scheint jedoch vorbei zu sein ! Es gibt Dort keine Kaffeemaschine mehr nur noch so ein Ding Namens Quubo ! Sorry ich will nicht gemein sein aber das ist kein Kaffee ! As the saying goes, a new world every week that certainly applies to Tcm articles! There used to be good and cheap coffee there, but that seems to be over! There's no coffee machine there anymore, just a thing called Quubo! Sorry I don't want to be mean, but this is not coffee!

Werde sicher wieder hierher kommen. ????? Have often bought items here that I no longer got in other branches. Very friendly staff and really cared for the customer. Will come back here for sure. ?????

A	Astrid Haller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde den frisch gemahlenen Bohnenkaffee - man kann den Röstungsgrad und den Geschmack, sogar die Mahlung (Filterkaffee, Mokka) selbst auswählen - recht lecker. Da duftet es immer gut und gratis Kaffeekapseln zur Verkostung gibt's noch dazu. I think the freshly ground coffee beans - you can choose the degree of roast and taste, even the grind (filter coffee, mocha) yourself - quite delicious. It always smells good and there are also free coffee capsules for tasting.

m	murrl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dass ich meine Bestellung in der Filiale abholen kann fand ich super, leider traf ich dort auf zwei Damen die wohl, so kam es mir vor, einen typischen schlechten Montag hatten. Natürlich kann man schlechte Tage haben aber bei Kundenkontakt sollte man doch, meines Erachtens, versuchen seine schlechte Laune nicht an jener auszulassen und sich spitze Kommentare sparen. Vorallem bin ich meinerseits stehts bemüht freundlich zu meinem Gegenüber zu sein. Das fand ich sehr schade, denn es hat mir meinerseits einen typischen Montag etwas mehr versalzen. Aber nichts für ungut. Ich bin mir sicher die beiden Damen machen ihren Job sehr gut und habe sie wohl im vielleicht falschen Moment erwischt. ;) Alles Gute Alexandra H. I thought it was great that I could pick up my order in the branch, but unfortunately I met two women there who, it seemed to me, were having a typically bad Monday. Of course you can have bad days, but when it comes to customer contact, I think you should try not to take your bad mood out on them and save yourself pointed comments. Above all, I try my best to be friendly to my counterpart. I thought that was a pity, because it made a typical Monday a bit more salty for me. But no offense. I'm sure the two ladies are doing their job very well and may have caught them at the wrong moment. ;) All the best Alexandra H.
