B	Barbara Brugger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale Ibk. Wollte mich, meinen Sohn und meinen Mann einkleiden. Eine sehr aufdringliche Verkäuferin (ausl. Akzent u. rote Haare) stellte dies gleich ein. Überrumpelte meinen Mann, der im Nachhinein seinen Kauf bereut und nahm mir sogar Sachen aus der Hand. Ich legte ein Hemd für meinen Sohn raus, welches sie wegräumte, weil ihr dieses Hemd für meinen Mann nicht gefällt. Ich hab dann natürlich gesagt, dass das für den Sohn gewesen wäre...Ein Horror!!! Für meinen Sohn und mich schaute ich daraufhin nicht mehr. NIE WIEDER KLEIDERBAUER!!! Schade, vor der Erfahrung mit der unverschämten Verkäuferin, kauften wir gerne dort ein. Trafen sonst nur sehr freundliche und engagierte Verkäufer/innen an. Ibk branch. Wanted to dress me, my son and my husband. A very pushy saleswoman (foreign accent and red hair) stopped this straight away. Surprised my husband, who regretted his purchase in retrospect, and even took things out of my hand. I put out a shirt for my son, which she put away because she doesn't like this shirt for my husband. Then of course I said that it would have been for the son ... A horror! I then stopped looking for my son and me. NEVER AGAIN! Too bad, before the experience with the outrageous saleswoman, we liked to shop there. Otherwise only found very friendly and committed salespeople.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent. Als Kunde fühlt man sich wohl. We drive the 200 km from Lkr FFb to Innsbruck at least twice a year to shop in this shop. The staff is very friendly, attentive and competent. As a customer you feel comfortable.
