A	AS H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann man nicht 0 Sterne geben. Eine QBO Maschine kann blitzschnell in der Filiale gekauft werden. Nach Fehlfunktion erfolgte auch eine Reparatur und ein Austausch der Maschine. Da beides keine Besserung brachte, machte ich von meinem Rücktrittsrecht nach Konsumentenschutzgesetz Gebrauch und verlangte mein Geld zurück. Leider konnte die Auszahlung meines Geldes nicht in der Filiale durchgeführt werden. Schon alleine das ist zutiefst lächerlich und kundenfeindlich. Angeblich bekommen wir die 150€ von QBO Deutschland überwiesen. Darauf warten wir jetzt seit über einem Monat. Eduscho wird mich und meine Familie nie wieder sehen. Kundenservice null. Unfortunately you can not give 0 stars. A QBO machine can be bought at lightning speed in the store. After malfunction was also a repair and replacement of the machine. Since both did not improve, I made use of my right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act and demanded my money back. Unfortunately, the payment of my money could not be done in the store. That alone is deeply ridiculous and anti-client. Supposedly we get the 150 € from QBO Germany. We have been waiting for this for over a month now. Eduscho will never see me and my family again. Customer Service null.

J	Jo V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Filiale in SCS hat sehr unfreundliches Personal. Die zwei Damen sind weder hilfsbereit zu den Kunden, noch höfflich nach dem man in der Filiale sein Geld lässt. Es ist einfach unklar wie man solche Leute einstellt, wo der Umgang mit den Kunden so bedeutungsvoll sein soll. Auch gleichzeitig Schade, dass es so viele arbeitslose nette Leute gibt, die diese Stelle gerne besetzen könnten. Mein Kommentar bezieht sich nur auf das Personal und nicht auf die Firma Tchibo. The branch in SCS has very unfriendly staff. The two ladies are neither helpful to customers nor polite after leaving their money in the branch. It is simply unclear how to hire such people, where dealing with customers should be so meaningful. At the same time it's a shame that there are so many nice unemployed people who would like to fill this position. My comment only relates to the staff and not to the Tchibo company.

De, csak most tudtuk meg, hogy van Tchibo kártya, amin lehet gyűjteni a vásárlások után a pontokat. Mindig találunk valami újat, és természetesen új kávét is ? Every time we come we buy capsules here as we have a cafissimo machine for quite a few years. But, we just found out that we have a Tchibo card on which to collect points after purchases. We always find something new and of course new coffee ?
