Eine Ungarin als „Geschäftsführer“(schlimmer gibt es nicht!!!!!) eine sehr schlechte Beraterin aus Rumänien und eine Serbin die nur schön lächelt, sonst NICHTS!!!!! Guten Morgen Österreich!!! Nie wieder in dem Laden, nie wieder Intimissimi. A gang full of fraudsters! A Hungarian as "managing director" (there is no worse !!!!!), a very bad consultant from Romania and a Serb who only smiles beautifully, NOTHING else !!!!! Good morning Austria !!! Never again in the shop, never again Intimissimi.
B	Bettina Kellner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prinzipiell liebe ich Unterwäsche von Intimissimi, daher die 3 Punkte, leider machen die Damen die Kassa vor Dienstschluss und lassen somit keinen Kauf mehr zu (ich hätte definitiv gekauft, weil ich wusste was ich brauche), finde es jedoch weder kundenfreundlich noch kundenorientiert, wenn man den Kauf MIT dem Argument „Wir haben schon Kassa gemacht“, nicht mehr zulässt…. Schade. In principle, I love Intimissimi's underwear, hence the 3 points, unfortunately the ladies do the checkout before work closes and thus no longer allow purchases (I would definitely have bought because I knew what I need), but find it neither customer-friendly nor customer-oriented if you no longer allow the purchase WITH the argument “We have already cashed in”…. Too bad.

Die Verkäuferinen sind extrem arrogant und teilweise unfreundlich. Daher werde ich nur mehr in wr.neustadt das Geschäft besuchen. Sehr schade und eines noch zu sagen bei Hunkemöller die Kundenfreundlichkeit sehr sehr groß. Könnten sich die Damen was abschneiden. kaufte dann dort. I used to enjoy going to Intimissimi in the scs. Unfortunately, since the last 5 visits I don't feel well at all. The shop assistants are extremely arrogant and sometimes unfriendly. Therefore I will only visit the shop in wr.neustadt. A shame and one more thing to say at Hunkemöller: the customer friendliness is very, very great. Could the ladies learn something? then bought there.

Meistens muss man leider länger auf Beratung warten, was mich persönlich aber nicht stört. Friendly and helpful staff. You will always be informed about offers and promotions. Usually you have to wait longer for advice, which doesn't bother me personally.
