M	Marcel P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frechheit Taxi bestellt und die nette Dame am Telefon sagte es dauert ca 20 Minuten aber der Fahrer ruft vor der tür an sagte sie gleich. Nach 30 Minuten gingen wir auf die Straße und warteten und nach erneuten 30 Minuten habe ich dann noch einmal angerufen und die Dame sagte mir nur ja ich hatte pech es wollte keiner kommen! Vielen Dank an diese Dame die wenigstens zurückrufen könnte und einen sagt ja kein fahrer ist frei oderso.... Cheek ordered a taxi and the nice lady on the phone said it would take about 20 minutes but the driver called in front of the door she said right away. After 30 minutes we went out into the street and waited and after another 30 minutes I called again and the lady just told me yes, I was unlucky no one wanted to come! Many thanks to this lady who could at least call back and say yes no driver is free or so ....
S	Siegfried Maierhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte am Montag den 18.05.20 um ca. 22,30 ein Taxi ins Cafe Morgan in die Grazer Kapellenstr. bestellt. Die Fahrt ging nach Hausmannstätten wo ich kurz davor bemerkte das unser Wohnungsschlüssel in meinem Auto in Graz ist. Also retour und wieder zurück. Der Taxifahrer war sehr höflich und machte die Fahrt ganz in ruhe. Meine Frau mit der ich unterwegs war bekam am nächsten Tag einen Anruf von meinem Handy das ich Geldtasche-Führerscheintascherl und Handy im Taxi vergessen habe. Wie der Fahrer zu der Tel. Nummer kam weiß ich nicht ? Jedenfalls hat er es geschafft. Habe mich mit ihm um ca. 20 Uhr in Graz getroffen wo ich alles zurückbekommen habe. Herzliche Dank an so einen netten und ehrlichen Fahrer. Had a taxi on Monday, May 18, 2020 at about 22.30 to Cafe Morgan in Kapellenstrasse in Graz. ordered. The trip went to Hausmannstätten where I noticed shortly before that our apartment key is in my car in Graz. So back and back again. The taxi driver was very polite and made the journey very calm. The next day my wife with whom I was traveling received a call from my cell phone that I forgot my wallet driver's license bag and cell phone in the taxi. I don't know how the driver got the phone number? Anyway, he did it. I met him at about 8pm in Graz where I got everything back. Many thanks to such a nice and honest driver.
B	B. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Vorabend telefonisch ein Taxi für 08:00 Uhr am Folgetag bestellt um einen Bus um 09:00 (ab Hauptbahnhof) zu erreichen (Fahrzeit 15-20 Min.). Um 08:10 Uhr angerufen und nachgefragt weil noch kein Taxi in Sicht war. Erklärt bekommen, dass es hierfür keinen Auftrag in ihrem System gäbe.... sie schicken aber sofort ein Taxi. Um 09:00 war immer noch kein Taxi da - Bus natürlich versäumt. Wer ersetzt uns nun die Kosten für das Busticket??? Frechheit!!! Wäre nicht mal 1 Stern wert! Called a taxi the evening before for 8 a.m. on the following day to catch a bus at 9 a.m. (from the main train station) (travel time 15-20 minutes). Called at 8:10 a.m. and asked because there was no taxi in sight. Get explained that there is no order for this in their system ... but they send a taxi straight away. At 09:00 there was still no taxi - bus missed of course. Who will reimburse us for the cost of the bus ticket ??? Cheek !!! Wouldn't even be worth 1 star!

Am besten einen anderen Service bestellen solange sie diese unsympathischen Kontaktpersonen haben Bad customer service that doesn't even let you finish. It is best to order another service as long as you have these unsympathetic contacts

De nem mondták hogy 10 kérdésből 8 ra ha helyesen válaszolsz nem sikerül a vizsga,mert a potvizsga 70 Euro ra mennek nem hogy sikerüljön a vizsgád. Nehezebb vizsgán sikerült már . De ez a Taxis jogsi egy rohely. Most is többet tudok mind az a sok fekete akik Taxisként dolgoznak. Aztán ki fizettem nekik a kurzust. Egy szemét vizsgáztatás folyik!
