J	Jürgen Maier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Idee des Solmate ist an und für sich super, leider funktioniert er in der Praxis (zumindest bei mir) nicht wie erwartet. - Die Einspeisung erfolgt großteils nicht verbrauchsabhängig sondern batterieschonend (bei Sonnenschein wird immer viel mehr Energie ins Netz eingespeist als verbraucht wird, die Batterie somit nur ganz langsam geladen, am Abend wird viel weniger Energie eingespeist als verbraucht wird und die Batterie langsam entladen)
M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war sehr skeptisch ob die wirklich wie auf der Website angegeben innerhalb von 24 Stunden liefern, und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht! Nach der Bestellbestätigung kam keine weitere Mail, aber dafür das Panel! War alles heil geblieben und auch alle Teile im Paket! Etwa 20 Minuten dann war alles zusammengebaut, und aufgestellt! Und schon 5 Minuten später kam Strom! Echt tolle Idee und super Umsetzung! I was very skeptical whether they would actually deliver within 24 hours as stated on the website, and I was not disappointed! After the order confirmation, there was no further email, but the panel! Everything remained intact and also all parts in the package! About 20 minutes then everything was assembled and set up! And electricity came just 5 minutes later! Really great idea and great implementation!

Und was soll ich sagen: Licht, Internet und Kaffeemaschine sowie eine mobile Induktionsplatte funktionieren. Alle anderen WLAN sind "tot" :-). Nur bei uns funktioniert alles? Ich für meinen Teil finde das beruhigend und einfach super! Ich bin seit Kurzem stolze Besitzerin eines Solmate B und bin einfach begeistert! Die Lieferung erfolgte im vorgegeben Zeitrahmen, alles gut verpackt und intakt angekommen. Der Aufbau war in kürzester Zeit erledigt. Paneele an der Wand montiert und los ging es. Von meiner Seite her, gibt es für das Produkt, sowie für den kompetent und überaus freundlichen Service 5 Sterne und ein herzliches Dankeschön! Ich wünsche dem Team weiterhin viel Erfolg! Update 11/9/21: In our congregation the electricity was / will be switched off from 12:30 pm to probably 5:00 pm today. And what can I say: light, internet and coffee machine as well as a mobile induction plate work. All other WLAN are "dead" :-). Everything works only with us? For my part, that's reassuring and just great! I recently became the proud owner of a Solmate B and I'm just thrilled! The delivery took place within the specified time frame, everything was well packaged and arrived intact. The construction was done in a very short time. Panels mounted on the wall and off we went. From my side, the product, as well as the competent and extremely friendly service, received 5 stars and a big thank you! I wish the team continued success!

M	Marco Alber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir vor Wochen 2 Stk Lightmate samt motwendigen Zubehör bestellt. Erst nach sehr später Nachfrage erfuhr ich, dass die Halterung nicht lieferbar ist. Man könne mir aber die restliche Bestellung vorzeitig schicken. Dann wieder für Wochen keine Reaktion. Nach erneuter Nachfrage wurden die 2 Paneele geschickt, aber ohne Anschlusskabel. Dank eines Rückrufes der Firma wird nun das Kabel nachgeschickt. Scheinbar hat die Firma derzeit sehr viel zu tun. Weeks ago I ordered 2 pieces of Lightmate including the necessary accessories. It was only after I asked very late that I found out that the bracket was not available. But you can send me the rest of the order ahead of time. Then no response for weeks. After asking again, the 2 panels were sent, but without a connection cable. Thanks to a recall from the company, the cable is now being forwarded. The company seems to be very busy at the moment.

Ein großes Plus ist für mich auch der Support. Ich habe rasch auf alle meine Fragen eine Antwort bekommen und wurde hinsichtlich Produktauswahl und Vorabinfos zur Installation perfekt betreut.

Bei Problemen wurde auf unsere Anfragen sehr schnell und umfassend reagiert. Das Team hat uns immer unkompliziert weitergeholfen. Die Anlage ist nicht zum großen Geld Verdienen, aber hilft super beim Strom sparen, da der Speicher für Abends ganz gut liefert. At first we weren't quite convinced, because the delivery took quite a while. The connection was very easy and unproblematic. If there were any problems, our inquiries were responded to very quickly and comprehensively. The team has always helped us in an uncomplicated manner. The system is not for making big money, but it helps a lot with saving electricity, since the memory supplies quite well for the evening.
