 Quite arrogant and a marketer should know whether there is a washing machine connection in an apartment or not !!!!

Absolutely competent and fully recommendable! Always reliable and a very courteous, friendly and helpful broker. How a 1-star rating can be achieved here is a mystery to me.

I recently got an apartment from Happy Home. Advice was very competent. Broker (Mr. Kuss) very flexible - even making appointments on the weekend was no problem. Thanks for the nice apartment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen besseren Makler, als Hrn. Kuss wird man schwer finden. Sehr kompetent,freundlich und zuverlässig- Termine auch am Wochenende sind, nach Absprache, kein Problem! Komplette Abwicklung inkl. Notarwege sind fachmännisch erfolgt.

A better broker than Mr. Kiss will be hard to find. Very competent, friendly and reliable - appointments even at the weekend are, by arrangement, no problem! Complete processing including notarial channels have been carried out professionally.

Very competent and accommodating. Ms. Fehleisen got us very good conditions and was always available. I have already recommended it to friends who were also very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe wegen einer Wohnung mit Frau Kuss telefoniert. Sehr Unfreundlich, und hat die Heizkosten im Inserat nicht angegeben um günstig zu wirken. Die Vermieter gingen dann privat auf Mietersuche inkl Heizkosten (fast 100€ diff.) Dann meinte sie wenn ich bei den Leuten Privat Mieten würde müsste ich Trotzdem Ihr die Provision zahlen da sie mir vor Monaten auf einer Plattform zu der Wohnung EINE Frage beantwortet habe (Kein Telefonat nur schriftlich keine Besichtigung).
Have phoned for an apartment with wife kiss. Very rude, and the heating costs in the listing did not indicate to look cheap. The landlord then went private to tenants search including heating costs (almost 100 € diff.) Then she said if I would rent the people private I still would have to pay the commission because they answered me months ago on a platform to the apartment ONE question ( No telephone call only in writing no inspection).
