M	Manu Pichler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wird mit Bankomatzahlung geworben obwohl viele taxler des 878 Funks sagen, nein ich habe keinen bankkartenlaser. Bin jedoch draufgekommen dass es jeder drinnen hat, muss auch so sein, wenn man es anbietet wird jedoch oft wehement verweigert. Ist übrigens verboten in Österreich nur so nebenbei, mit etwas zu werben, was man nicht bekommt als Kunde.. zu sagen ich solle Geld abheben und mich wegzuschicken teilweise als zahlender Kunde finde ich zu coronazeiten, wo man froh sein sollte über jeden einzelnen Kunden, einfach nur dumm. Jemanden zum bankkomaten zu fahren, die Fahrt zum bankomaten, inkl. Der Zeit des abhebens zu verrechnen m der Begründung weil sich geweigert wird die karte anzunemen ist ein Witz. Teilweise wurden mir sogar Fehler des Fahrers wenn er sich verfahren ist verrechnet. Das Problem in graz ist nur das und das ist f mich eines der Vorteile dadurch dass 878 die größten sind auch am schnellsten da sind aber leider auch die jenigen von denen ich am meisten verarscht wurde. It is advertised with ATM payments although many taxlers of the 878 radio say no, I don't have a bank card laser. However, I figured out that everyone has it inside, must be like that, but if you offer it, it is often refused. Incidentally, it is forbidden in Austria to advertise something that you do not get as a customer .. to say I should withdraw money and send myself away, sometimes as a paying customer, I think during corona times, where you should be happy about every single customer, just stupid. To drive someone to the ATM, the trip to the ATM, including the time of withdrawal, to be charged on the grounds that the card is refused to be accepted is a joke. Sometimes I was even charged for mistakes made by the driver when he got lost. The only problem in Graz is that and that is one of the advantages for me because the 878s are the biggest and the fastest, but unfortunately there are also those who messed with me the most.
P	Petra Spari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nett/ verlässlich /schnell vermittelt vom Preis hat es auch sehr gut gepasst gegen über allen anderen Anbieter 'n in der Umgebung.....bin rund um sehr zufrieden immer wieder nur bei 878.... Very nice/reliable/quickly communicated the price was also very good compared to all other providers in the area.....I'm very satisfied all around only with 878....

Der Grund warum ich diese Rezension schreibe ist - ich habe vor Tagen mein Handy in dem Taxi vergessen und innerhalb weniger Stunden den Verlust gemeldet und bist jetzt noch keine Antwort erhalten! Mittlerweile sind Tage vergangen und ich habe keine Antwort erhalten und hoffe nicht dass mein Handy irgendwo untergegangen ist weil nicht rechtzeitig urgiert wurde. Es wäre mir ein sehr großes Anliegen wenn ich eine Antwort bekomme!! Alle meine Daten sind auf diesem Handy The ride was satisfactory. The service is nothing to complain about, but! The reason I am writing this review is - I forgot my cell phone in the taxi days ago and reported the loss within a few hours and have not yet received an answer! In the meantime, days have passed and I have not received an answer and I do not hope that my cell phone has gone down somewhere because it was not urged in time. It would be very important to me if I get an answer! All of my data is on this phone

Schön und gut das man auf sein Auto aufpasst aber dann mit einem Combi oder SUV kommen und sagen weil etwas Reisegepäck war leider keinen Platz geh zum anderen Taxi! Typisch für Fahrer die ihr Auto mehr lieben als Menschen!!! Bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen sehr nett! If you call directly there very nice!! Nice and good that you take care of your car but then come with a station wagon or SUV and say because there was no space for luggage, go to the other taxi! Typical for drivers who love their car more than people!!! Very nice with a few exceptions!

We called the company several times an there followed three other cars which didn't want to take us with them. Very unprofessional!

The arrangements have been made by Ticket & Travel and they did a good job. The driver was very friendly, relaxed and also good talkative company during our drive to and from the track to our hotel. When we wanted to go into town we had a taxi also and that driver was also very friendly. The next time we visit Graz we will call this company again if we need a taxi.
