 Has been connected 5 times until no one has picked up again. I have had several times.

Very polite and courteous .. get information over the phone what I need for the tax adjustment ... I am thrilled ... would like to thank you in this way .. and the portie at the entrance was very helpful and showed me all the forms personally and helped me which ones I need ... top class ... you have to give positive reviews and not just complain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even try to go there if you don't know german at all. I did that and it was a terrifying experience, the staff being totally indiferent and rude with you, stating several times that we're in Austria and you must know german.
