Wer reingeht und unfreundlich ist ,braucht auch nichts anderes erwarten . Die Leute arbeiten dort und führen nur das aus ,was ihnen vorgegeben wird . Danke für die super Hilfe . MFG Super friendly people! Already on Friday on the phone as well as on Monday on site. The sound makes the music . Who goes in and is unfriendly, need not expect anything else. People work there and only do what they are supposed to do. Thanks for the great help. Kind regards
S	Sascha Simlinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man muss ewig lange warten, ich nehme an nicht weil Leitungen überlastet sind, sondern weil diese 05 Nummern kostenpflichtig sind und dies ein guter Nebenverdienst ist! Nach 8:51 min. telefonierte ich dann mit einer Stelle in Tirol , der Herr war so nett und gab mir eine andere Telefonnummer. Daraufhin war ich leider wieder falsch und ich wurde aber dann zu einer netten Dame weitergeleitet, hier musste ich keine Minute lange warten. Die Dame hat mein Anliegen sehr schnell bearbeitet! Trotzdem, diese kostenpflichtigen Nummern sind nicht ok wir zahlen schon genug Steuern etc.. Schade. You have to wait forever, I assume not because the lines are overloaded, but because these 05 numbers are chargeable and this is a good additional income! After 8:51 min. I then phoned a job in Tyrol, the gentleman was so nice and gave me another phone number. Then I was unfortunately wrong again and I was then forwarded to a nice lady, I didn't have to wait a minute here. The lady handled my request very quickly! Nevertheless, these chargeable numbers are not ok, we already pay enough taxes, etc. Too bad.

Aber wichtig ist das der Dienstwagen ein neuer Geländewagen mit ca 50 Tausend Euro wert hat, weil es ja sehr wichtig ist dass der obere mit unserer steuer komfortabel fährt.. Opening times are more for retirees. Too few staff should therefore always factor in waiting time. Parking spaces too little and horrorly small for women. But it is important that the company car has a new off-road vehicle worth about 50 thousand euros, because it is very important that the upper one drives comfortably with our tax.

Was mich am meisten begeisterte, es wurde wie selbstverständlich alle Optionen durchgegangen/vorgeschlagen wie man am Besten raus kommt mit den Steuern!!! Bin sehr glücklich und erleichtert! R	Ralf Re on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich öfters antreten musste, kann ich mit gutem gewissen sagen, dass das personal freundlich und kompetent ist. In stressigen Situationen versuchen sie zwar alles schnell durchzubringen, aber bleiben dennoch nett. Verstehe die Bewertungen zum Telefonsupport nicht denn soweit ich weiß gehen diese über eine Zentrale und die hat nichts mit der Filiale zu tun. Wahrscheinlich verwenden hier viele Leute das Bewertungssystem falsch und wollen nur ihrem Unmut zum Finanzsystem freien Lauf lassen. Filiale auch zu Coronazeiten top verwaltet und Maskenpflicht konsequent durchgesetzt. Since I had to compete often, I can say with a clear conscience that the staff is friendly and competent. In stressful situations they try to get everything through quickly, but still remain nice. I don't understand the reviews on telephone support because as far as I know they go through a central office and it has nothing to do with the branch. Many people are probably using the rating system incorrectly and just want to let their displeasure with the financial system run free. The branch is well managed even during Corona times and the mask requirement is consistently enforced.

Welches ich habe noch nicht bekommen, obwohl ich freundlich nachgefragt und gesagt habe, es sei dringend für mich. Das ist nicht akzeptabel! I am appalled by the work of the tax office! I've been waiting for child benefit all year! And on a normal confirmation two weeks. Which I have not yet received, although I asked in a friendly manner and said it was urgent for me. P	Peter Pfaffeneder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheit wie man hier behandelt wird. Man muss sich sofort anschnauzen lassen, ich werde mich diesbezügluch natürlich bei höherer Stelle beschweren. Folgendes: Ich habe ein Gewerbe angemeldet und weil am Finanzamt Steyr niemand da ist, bzw nur nach telefonischer vereinbarung habe ich angerufen und nachgefragt ob ich das Verf 24 Formular zur Gewerbeanmeldung persönlich vorbeibringen muss oder ob es reicht wenn ich es per Post schicke. Die Dame welche ich am Tekefon hatte hat mich sofort angeschnauzt und mir auf unfreundlichste Art gesagt ich soll das online machen weil das schneller geht, sie ließ mich nichtmal ausreden und meinte online ist es das selbe Formular, ist es aber nicht. Erklärungswechsel solle ich das machen und sie lege mir wärmstens ans Herz alles online zu machen damit sie dort keine Arbeit haben und hat einfach aufgelegt. Eine Frechheit, jeder Arbeitslose bekommt alles geschenkt aber wenn man sich selbstständig macht wird man hier unnötig angeschnauzt genau wie uf der Bezirkshauptmannschaft auch wenn man nur ganz freundluch etwas nachfragt, ich werde mich wie gesagt bei höherer Stelle beschweren, ob ich das online mache oder per Formular ist MEINE SACHE und ich lass mich als Erwachsener nicht abwertend anschnauzen nur damit Sie bescheid wissen.
