V	Veronika Ugochukwu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist ein gutes Geschäft. Leider gibt es keine Zwischen Größe. Das ist aber auch bei anderen Geschäften oft der Fall. Die Schuhe sind nicht mehr so wie Früher. Man wußte seine Größe, konnte dann jeden Schuh ,probieren und gleich kaufen. Heute muss man einige erst probieren und manchmal noch Einlagen kaufen. Das ist nicht lustig. It's good business. Unfortunately there is no intermediate size. But this is often the case with other businesses as well. The shoes are no longer like they used to be. You knew your size, you could try any shoe and buy it right away. Today you have to try some and sometimes buy some insoles. That's not funny.

N	Natalie Hanzal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Mama & ich (ihre Tochter) wollten nagelneue Schuhe, welche nur zuhause probegetragen wurden zurückbringen, da die Sohle innen leider nicht ganz so angenehm war. Im Geschäft hieß es dann dass sie es nicht zurück nehmen kann, weil sie nicht defekt sind. Wir verwiesen auf das schild, welches neben der Kassa stand mit der Aufschrift ‚Umtausch innerhalb 4 Wochen mit Beleg möglich‘ -dies tat aber nichts zur Sache. Die Verkäuferin bemühte sich ihre Chefin & die Zentrale zu erreichen, da sie die Rücknahme mit denen besprechen musste. Im Endeffekt konnten wir die Schuhe nicht zurück geben obwohl es keinen ersichtlichen Grund dafür gab. Wir kaufen dort sicher nicht mehr ein! My mom & I (her daughter) wanted to bring back brand new shoes, which were only tested at home, because the sole was unfortunately not that comfortable on the inside. In the shop it was said that they cannot take it back because they are not defective. We referred to the sign that was next to the cash desk with the inscription, "Exchange possible within 4 weeks with receipt" - but this was irrelevant. The saleswoman tried to reach her boss & the head office, because she had to discuss the withdrawal with them. In the end, we couldn't return the shoes even though there was no apparent reason for it. We sure do not shop there anymore!
