 Nice shop with friendly sales staff these days it is seldom that you are greeted when you walk in. My companion also found a handbag straight away. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super freundlich! Wir hatten eigentlich nur eine Frage nach einem Ersatzteil für unseren Rucksack. Der Inhaber (vermute ich) war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns ohne dass wir was kaufen mussten weiter geholfen. Das Sortiment sah auch gut aus. Wenn wir mal in Villach Schuhe brauchen, ist das unsere erste Adresse!
Super friendly! We only had one question for a spare part for our backpack. The owner (I guess) was super friendly and helpful and helped us without having to buy anything. The range also looked good. If we ever need shoes in Villach, this is our first address!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist ein Schuhgeschäft gibt auch Handtaschen und diverse Produkte ist zwar nicht ganz Billig das Geschäft aber wenn man dort Schuhe kauft dann passen sie sofort ...Auserdem ist ein sehr nettes Personal dort und man wird sehr freundlich bedient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeder verdient eine zweite Chance, falsch Gedacht,..nachdem ich schon einmal nach einem Kauf in diesem Geschäft keine Reklamationsmöglichkeit hatte, und mir dachte-Die sehen mich nicht wieder,……machte mir mein Mann eine Riesenfreude mit tollen&teuren Stiefeln aus diesem Geschäft. Als ich wiederkam um Einlagen nachzukaufen, wird man abermals unfreundlich behandelt, vielleicht liegt es an meiner Hautfarbe. Mich wundert es nicht mehr, das viele Kunden auf Amazon einkaufen.
Everyone deserves a second chance, wrong thought..after I had no opportunity to complain after a purchase in this shop and thought to myself-They won't see me again....my husband made me very happy with great & expensive boots from this shop. When I came back to buy more insoles, they treated me unfriendly again, maybe it's the color of my skin. It's no longer surprising to me that so many customers shop on Amazon.
