I have purchased a SIM card from Hungary Budapest and the shop keeper told me that this SIM card will work in almost all countries of Europe. So I recharged the sim with expensive package of internet. But after two days when I left Budapest Hungary for Slovakia, the SIM card stopped working in Bratislava Slovakia. Then I traced a T-mobile shop in Bratislava which was quite far away from my hotel and when I reached to it, the operator said that we do not have any access to open up your data and this SIM card isn’t work here. So I got the new one. It is one of my advice that always try to buy a sim from authorised dealership of any Mobile company.
L	L L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service!!! Staff is rude, extremely slow, condescending, unhelpful, uncommunicative and they often make errors. Train those people better or fire them and hire decent people instead.
l	linda E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I completely do NOT recommend this shop. 1) it is not an official TMobile shop, and they don't tell you that. 2) the personnel are continuously rotating so you can not follow-up on an issue efficiently, info is lost in the process. 3) the employees are not knowledgeable and have no information about basic customer rights. Client service is NIL. They are not trained to even talk professionally or be solution oriented. They are incapable of providing reliable or helpful information besides asking you to call the serviceline which will cost you at least 45 minutes wait in every call. The manager / co-manager is an absolute impolite person, who obviously hates his job and everyone around him. Arrogant and unreliable, he is not reachable by his employees when they need his guidance in the shop. He is rude and does not explain the most basic info that a client should have. He lies to your face and talks to people as if they were idiots. The shop 'runs' on young people who are not trained and don't know how to fill formulars in the system or take back a mobile for reparation. They don't give you anything written or any official reference for future follow-up. In conclusion: Professionalism: 0 Client orientation: 0 Reliable information and knowledge: 0 Wasting client time: 100% Careless Attitude of being above the law: 100%

I asked repedently, whether it will be possible to transfer my contract when I was signing it and answered positively. But few days ago when I came to realize it, the central service refused due to the fact, I've bought a smartphone with contract. They should have informed me about it when I was signing it and not just go along with my wishes just to get me to sign the contract!

Worse than when I visited when it was still telering. Staff should be trained to provide quality and friendly service to paying customers! I gave this shop 4 stars last time, now I'm giving it 1 star, very poor rating. It deserves a zero. I am also planning to change my provider as soon as my contract ends next year. I do not recommend this shop at all!
