B	Bruno Brehm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisher 3 Termine. Super Terminmanagement, jedesmal äußerst kurze Wartezeit. Da bin ich von anderen Kassaärztinnen viel längere Wartezeiten gewohnt. Sowohl von den Arzthelferinnen als auch von der Ärztin wurde ich kompetent und freundlich behandelt. Modernste Ausstattung. Gerne wieder. So far 3 dates. Great appointment management, each time extremely short waiting time. I am used to much longer waiting times from other cashier doctors. I was treated competently and kindly by both the medical assistants and the doctor. State-of-the-art equipment. Gladly again.

Bei Terminvereinbarung sind die Wartezeiten überschaubar und man kommt schnell zur Untersuchung. Eine Augenarztpraxis die man empfehlen kann. Very competent advice and answering questions related to eyes & seeing. If you make an appointment, the waiting times are manageable and you can get to the examination quickly. An ophthalmological practice that can be recommended.

Bitte um Rückruf der Ärztin wurde prompt erfüllt und ich bekam umgehend einen Termin. Diese Ordination kann ich nur empfehlen: freundlich und professionell nicht nur die Ärztin sondern auch die Betreuung durch die Damen im Wartezimmer! Last Friday I had another very positive experience with this ordination. The request to call the doctor back was promptly fulfilled and I was immediately given an appointment. I can only recommend this ordination: friendly and professional not only the doctor but also the care by the ladies in the waiting room!

Ich hatte eine sehr schmerzhafe Entzündung es war sehr schwer einen Augenarzt ohne Termin zu finden, war schon verzweifelt nach 5 Anrufe ohne Erfolg,aber bei Frau Dr Richter Müksch durfte hatte ich Glück. Sie hat sich toll um mich gekümmert. Highly recommended! The team is very nice. I had a very painful inflammation, it was very difficult to find an ophthalmologist without an appointment, was desperate after 5 calls without success, but I was lucky with Dr Richter Müksch. She took great care of me.

R	Rahime Ceylan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halli Hallo ! Heute um 17:10 hatte mein Vater Haci Murat Ceylan das erste mal bei Frau Doktor seine Untersuchung. Die Arztpraxis hab ich diesmal wieder bevorzugt weil ich früher meine Mama zum Untersuchung nach der Katarakt OPE gebracht habe. Seit dem kommen wir nur zur Frau Doktor in ihre Ordination hin. Besonders zufrieden sind wir auch mit Frau Shakira Iba, (wenn ich ihre Namen richtig verstanden habe) die ich heute zum ersten mal in der Ordination gesehen und kennengelernt hab. Eine sehr sehr freundliche und ausführliche Ärtztin muss ich sagen !!! Sei es Ihr Verhalten gegenüber dem Patienten oder Ihr Humor echt enorm. Bin ihr echt dankbar für Ihr Geduld, dass die Untersuchung bei meinem Vater bisschen mühsamer war als wie bei anderen Patienten da er Sprachschwierigkeiten hat. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ihr Wissen gibt sie auch an den Patienten weiter in dem sie aufklärt was die Ursachen wären und mit einem Beispiel das Thema verständlicher erklärt und das fand ich sehr spannend und verwunderlich. Trotz das wir Österreicher mit Migrationshintergrund sind SEHR höflich gewesen! Das sieht man selten… Man sieht wie leidenschaftlich sie die Arbeit macht. Genauso wie die Frau Richter-Müksch auch eine sehr höfliche und kompetente Ärztin. Alles in einem sind wir mit der Ordination sehr sehr zufrieden von der Schalter bis zum 1.Untersuchung wo luft in die Augen geschossen wird und bis in die Zimmer von Frau Ärztinnen mega begeistert !!! Today at 5:10 p.m., my father Haci Murat Ceylan had his first examination with a doctor. This time I preferred the doctor's office again because I used to bring my mom for an examination after cataract surgery. Since then we have only come to see the doctor in her surgery. We are particularly satisfied with Ms. Shakira Iba (if I understood her name correctly), whom I saw and met for the first time in the surgery today. A very, very friendly and detailed doctor, I must say! Be it your behavior towards the patient or your humor really enormous. I'm really thankful for her patience, that the examination of my father was a bit more tedious than with other patients because he has language difficulties. Very friendly and accommodating! She also passes on her knowledge to the patient by explaining what the causes would be and explaining the topic in a more understandable way with an example, and I found that very exciting and surprising. Despite the fact that we Austrians with a migration background were VERY polite! You rarely see that... You can see how passionate she is about her work. Just like Mrs. Richter-Müksch, she is also a very polite and competent doctor. All in all, we are very, very satisfied with the ordination from the counter to the first examination where air is shot into the eyes and right up to the room of the doctors are super excited !!! Das Team (alles Frauen) ist ausgesprochen kompetent und freundlich! Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und bin froh, eine so gute medizinische Augenbetreuung in meinem Bezirk gefunden zu haben. I went to the check-up for the first time today and I was really excited - after a short wait (10-15 minutes) it was my turn. The team (all women) is extremely competent and friendly! I felt comfortable and am happy to have found such good medical eye care in my district.
