TL;dr: Good service, friendly staff, offer free shuttle from/to Schwechat AND Airport, insurance a bit expensive (maybe use 3rd party insurance), otherwise good prices I rented fromthis place and I have to say they are really trying their best to provide good service. Their office is not in the airport, but they offer free Shuttle service to the airport AND to Schwechat!! So you can save the ticket you need to buy if you are coming from the city. On the way back they ever offered to drop off the passenger to the airport and then drop me off at Schwechat. The staff is friendly, the prices are cheap (because the office is not in the airport) and the return of the car was done in less than 10 mins, and the credit card unblocked on the same day! I cannot talk about my experience with damage claims, thats why I still recommend insurance, perhaps with 3rd Party insurance since their insurance is not cheap.

Really nice and gentle people and quite low renting prices. Their idea to be in Schwechat saves you from buying a second ticket to go there, whether you are coming from the city or the airport. They will pick you up from or drop you at the Schwechat train station. Furthermore, they were kind enough to let me know that coming later or earlier than the office working hours would cost me extra, so that I could save these money. Really great team!

In October 2020 we rented Suzuki baleno with them for 6 days for a good price. We contacted them on WhatsApp directly. We were advised to take the full casco option because we didn't have a credit card for payment. It was a pleasant communication. We received the car and found that there wasn't a phone holder nor a cruise control on the car. We hadn't expected it because with our past experience there is often something there to hold the phone at least. And partly becos of that we were flashed on the highway on the speed camera. We informed the guy who drove us to the airport about it. He said that he would send the letter from the government about the fine in an email so we could pay it ourselves to avoid administration fees that the car company charge to process the fine. However on the 4 December we received a deduction of 100 euros from my debit card without any prior attempt at communicating. Then followed by an email about the cost that it's 70 euros for the fine and 30 euros in administrative fees. We contacted them and remind them about the previous arrangement that the guy told us. They inform us that they 'tried to call us' but we didn't pick up. (the fact is they didn't try to reach us at all, we are both in Europe and never switch off our phones in the day) So they had to process the fine and charge into our debit cards. I try to not inject any emotion into this post and this was our experience.

I got a very dirty car, that I had to clean myself. Besides, the car made a strange noise all the time. No information about vignette. I discovered it myself but it was ok. On the positive side: staff was very polite and nice and apologised for the car uncleaness. Deposit returned fast as well. Compared to other low quality budget car rental companies in Vienna, it's in the average.

This is a scam! We rented a car online via Discover Cars. When we landed at Vienna Airport, and we called the office to get the shuttle to pick up the car, we were informed that our booking was no longer guaranteed, and they said they didn’t have a car for us (they just rented it to someone else -- they earned more with last-minute rentals because the price is higher in comparison to our advanced booking). Our contract said we should have the car guaranteed for 2h after the starting time. Our flight was delayed, and we called for the office to get the shuttle with 1h40, and the attendant said they only guaranteed the car for 1h30. We informed what our contract stated, and he invented a rule that we should start the check-in with up to 1h30 to finish within 2h. This was such a lame excuse as our contract did not say any of this, only that we should have a car guaranteed for 2h. They didn't try to reach us even. Despite this, the company didn’t give us a car, and we had to spend €300 extra on a last-minute booking with another company because of this lame service. Do not use this company’s service!!
