★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše v pohodě, když jsme si vybírali brýle, skákali kolem nás, co to šlo. Jakmile došlo k placení, paní prodavačka Martina se chovala strašně. Musel jsem si dokoupit nějaký sprej za 6€, abych mohl uplatnit slevu 50% na druhý kus brýlí. Dále brýle, které jsem si vybral, už nebyly na skladě a tak mi dali stejné, akorát polarizační. Ovšem neřekli, že jsou o dalších 20€ dražší, což jsem zjistil až na účtence. Hrůza. Prodavačka protivná, neochotná, protože bylo 17:50 a bylo před zavírací dobou.
 All right, when we were choosing glasses, they jumped around us as best we could. As soon as the payment was made, the saleswoman Martina behaved terribly. I had to buy some spray for 6 € in order to apply a 50% discount on the second piece of glasses. Furthermore, the glasses I chose were no longer in stock, so they gave me the same, just polarized. However, they did not say that they are another 20 € more expensive, which I found out only on the receipt. Terror. The saleswoman is annoying, reluctant, because it was 17:50 and it was before closing time.

Hatte nach nur 3 Wochen eine Reklamation.
Da meine Sonnenbrille das Glas aus der Fassung rausfiel. Das Glas der brille hat natürlich den fall von fas 150cm nicht heil überstanden. Sie übernehmen keine Haftung oder sind dafür nicht verantwortlich, dafür ich soll zu einem optiker gehen und ein Glas bestellen.
So ein unverschämtes Pack, die Herrschaften wollten sich die Arbeit nicht antuhen und natürlich die Reklamations Quoten niedrig halten. Ich werde mich hüten von diesem Geschäft je eine Brille zukünftig zu kaufe. Werde dies auch in meinem freundes und Bekannten bekanntgeben, gehe lieber zu Fielmann oder Wutscher.wie ein Vorredner geschrieben hat 20-30 nehr und Kunden Zufriedenheit

Had a complaint after only 3 weeks.
Since my sunglasses fell out of the socket. Of course, the glasses did not survive the fall of almost 150cm. You assume no liability or are not responsible for it, I should go to an optician and order a glass.
Such an outrageous pack, the gentlemen did not want to do the job and of course keep the complaint rates low. I will be careful not to buy glasses from this shop in the future. I will also announce this to my friends and acquaintances, prefer to go to Fielmann or Wutscher. As the previous speaker wrote, 20-30 more and customer satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann den vorangehenden schlechten Rezensionen leider nur zustimmen. Das Personal - insbesondere der Filialleiter - ist unfassbar unfreundlich und arrogant. Die scheinbar guten Angebote sind an Konditionen geknüpft welche nirgends stehen, sondern nur während des Bezahlvorgangs beiläufig in schlechtem Deutsch undeutlich erwähnt werden. Man bekommt unmittelbar das Gefühl hier übers Ohr gehauen zu werden, denn üblich wäre es die Angebotskonditionen unter der Werbung anzuführen oder anders schriftlich für den Kunden sichtbar zu machen. Den Kunden erst beim Bezahlen darüber in Kenntnis zu setzen hat für mich etwas von Betrug, weshalb ich den Filialleiter sprechen wollte, von dem ich 1. ungefragt respektlos geduzt und 2. frech angemacht wurde, wo denn das Gesetz steht, dass die Angebotskonditionen irgendwo schriftlich stehen müssen.
Ich kann nur alle davor warnen hier voreilig etwas zu kaufen, denn diese Abzockmasche besteht wohl schon länger, wie man älteren Rezensionen entnehmen kann.
Unfortunately I can only agree with the previous bad reviews. The staff - especially the store manager - is incredibly rude and arrogant. The apparently good offers are linked to conditions which are not mentioned anywhere, but are only mentioned casually in bad German during the payment process. You immediately get the feeling of being ripped off here, because it would be usual to list the offer conditions under the advertising or to make them visible to the customer in some other way in writing. For me, only informing the customer when paying is a bit like fraud, which is why I wanted to speak to the branch manager, who 1. gave me a disrespectful first-named name without being asked and 2. cheekily approached me, where the law says that the terms of the offer are somewhere in writing have to stand.
I can only warn everyone against buying something prematurely here, because this rip-off scam has probably been around for a long time, as you can see from older reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider muss ich hier einen Stern vergeben, aber verdient hätten sie keinen. So ein unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, der mich mit einem Handzeichen dazu aufgefordert hatte, stehen zu bleiben, da zu viele Personen gerade im Geschäft waren, man hätte es auch freundlich aussprechen können, aber gut.
Als seiner Meinung nach genug Personen das Geschäft wieder verlassen hatten, durfte ich hinein, wurde aber gleichzeitig darum gebeten, mir die Hände zu desinfizieren, nach dem er mich Madame genannt hatte. Diese Bitte habe ich dankend abgelehnt. Da er sich mir aber in den Weg stellte, fragte ich ihn, warum ich dies tun sollte. Er meinte nur wir hätten Corona. Daraufhin habe ich das Geschäft verlassen. Danke, dass ich mir das Geld sparen durfte und es nun in Geschäften ausgeben darf, die nicht so unfreundlich sind und die Maßnahmen vernünftig umsetzen und es für den Kunden nicht unnötig komplizierter machen, als notwendig!

When, in his opinion, enough people had left the shop, I was allowed in, but at the same time was asked to disinfect my hands, after which he had called me Madame. I politely declined this request. But since he got in my way, I asked him why I should do this. He just said we had Corona. Then I left the shop. Thank you for letting me save the money and now spending it in shops that are not so unfriendly and implement the measures sensibly and don't make it unnecessarily complicated for the customer than necessary!
