★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just read the comment below and im shocked. I wish I read it before going there. Really bad customer service, no patience, bad attitude. The blonde girl got really stressed out and didnt want to explain me something. I do not recommend it only if u want to be treated bad. I think the ppl here need a snap and a wake up call, vienna is receiving a lot of tourist and we deserve good treat.

The staff is not wearing masks.
They don't make you feel welcome, more like you are bothering them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute awful service. We tried speaking German and they laughed at us. Then we spoke English and they didn't understand a word. They were shaking they're heads the whole time, while saying stuff under they're breath, which we didn't appreciate, given that we don't speak fluent German.
