Mir wurde dort sofort, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert geholfen. Ein solcher Kundenservice verdient 5 Sterne! Gerne kaufe ich dort wieder! 1.5 years ago, I bought a leather briefcase there, which unfortunately has torn the strap. I was there once, friendly and uncomplicated help. Such a customer service deserves 5 stars! I like to buy there again!

j	janos horvath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, after 2 weeks use brought a Mandarina Duck bag back as the leather handle started to dismantle, they sent it to Italy, then for two months nothing happened, then on the phone they said they cant repair it, just change the whole handle but then its not the same color as the rest of the bag. We decided to take the bag back and were told that we could pick it up in the shop, went back a few weeks later and they did not find it, then the manager said she would call the repair manufactury to see if it was still there and csll me back but she did not. Still dont know where it is and i have a strong feeling that my money is lost as well as the bag.
