★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann den Salon nur empfehlen. Man hat eine entspannte Atmosphäre, tolle Friseur/innen. Mit viel Wissen und Feingefühl, werden die Haare und die Kopfhaut bearbeitet. Das Ergebnis ist ein Hammer und gehst nach Vorstellung gefertigt worden. Vielen Dank ich komme wieder.
 I can only recommend the salon. You have a relaxed atmosphere, great hairdressers. The hair and scalp are treated with a great deal of knowledge and sensitivity. The result is a hammer and has been made according to imagination. Thank you I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I searched nearby a decent haircut salon with good reviews, booked a date, due to my mistake my google calendar booked 2 hours difference, and I missed appointment. I booked again next day.
A lady approached and asked me how I want my hair to be cut.
I don't speak German very well but I explained in German how I want to be done even show a photo of my previous haircut. Is a simple basic haircut.
The end result was terrible there are a lot of uncut hair left, straw-like hair, visible area of cutting machine. I am not against the lady, but he can't perform a haircut.
I left a review on local platform and the owner first of all mentioned that I booked a time for haircut and didn't come or notify (agree my mistake) but I am not the first and last person who will book and will not come. This is not a reason to specially perform a poor haircut.
You can ban the person who booked and didn't come.
After this unpleased situation I started to read 1star review on google.
I think they done is specially because of missing first appointment!
