N	Novak 1 Pendic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute mit meiner frau einkaufen und da sah ich die gelegenheit schnell zum frisör zu gehen. Draussen stand die Preisliste bei der ein männer haarschnitt 18 euro kostet. Die dame meinte drinnen sie müsse mir die haare waschen, obwohl ich das nicht wollte, als antwort bekam ich nur,, sie müsse es machen weil ihre chefin drauf besteht,,. Da hab ich mir gedacht, dass es vielleicht im preis inkludiert ist. Natürlich bekam ich auch kein schampo, also die haare wurden mir nur etwas nass gemacht, schnipp schnapp. Beim zahlen war der betrag 22.50. Da frag ich mich für was ich so viel gezahlt habe. Erstens wollte ich die haare nicht waschen Zweitens wurden sie nur etwas nass gemacht Drittens preis stimmt nicht mit irgendeinem punkt überrein. Ps rechnung gab es auch keine. Meinem freundeskreis werde ich abraten dort hinzugehen. I went shopping with my wife today and then I saw the opportunity to go to the hairdresser quickly. Outside was the price list with a men's haircut costing 18 euros. The lady said inside she had to wash my hair, although I didn't want to, the only answer I got was, she had to do it because her boss insisted on it. So I thought that it might be included in the price. Of course I didn't get any shampoo either, so my hair was just made a little wet, snap snap. When paying the amount was 22.50. I wonder what I paid so much for. First of all, I didn't want to wash my hair Second, they were just getting a little wet Thirdly, the price does not agree with any point. There was no P's invoice either. I will advise my friends not to go there.

Zuerst hat die Friseurin beim durch frisieren mit dem kam mir immer wieder stark auf den Ohren weh getan. Dann meinte sie das ich eine pflegespülung zu Hause benutzen sollte. So schnell konnte ich gar nicht schauen und bekam etwas in meine Haare ein massiert ohne zu fragen was mich dann 3,50€ gekostet hat Der Haarschnitt war in 5min erledigt. Ich bezahlte 26€ ging raus und meine Mutter fragte mich warum überall so viele lange Strähnen weg hängen? Ich ging zurück zum Friseur und zeigte es ihr. Nach 10min warten fing sie an herum zu schneiden. Für mein Gefühl sehr unkontrolliert. Ich verließ den friseur wieder um dann festzustellen das ich links und rechts total verschnitten bin. Es sieht so komisch aus. Auch einige Leute haben mich heute schon darauf angesprochen. Die schlimmste Frage war ob ich meine Haare selbst geschnitten hätte. Ich muss jetzt die ganze Zeit einen Zopf tragen. Ich finde das ist eine Bodenlose Frechheit. Wo hat diese Dame gelernt? Ich glaube nicht das sie eine ausgebildete Friseurin ist und ich werde jetzt eine Email mit Fotos meiner Haare an die Zentrale schicken und fragen ob das ihrer Vorstellung eines Haarschnitt's ist und wie sie mein Problem jetzt beheben wollen?? Nie wieder in meinem Leben. Unfortunately you have to give 1 star. There would be none of me. I was there yesterday. At first the hairdresser hurt my ears a lot while I was doing my hair. Then she said that I should use a conditioner at home. I couldn't look that fast and got something massaged into my hair without asking what then cost me € 3.50. The haircut was done in 5 minutes. I paid € 26 went out and my mother asked me why so many long strands are hanging away everywhere? I went back to the barber and showed her. After waiting 10 minutes she started cutting around. Very uncontrolled for me. I left the hairdresser to find out that I am totally cut left and right. It looks so weird. Some people have already spoken to me about it today. The worst question was whether I would have cut my hair myself. I have to wear a braid all the time now. I think that's a bottomless cheek. Where did this lady study? I don't think she is a trained hairdresser and I will now send an email to the head office with photos of my hair and ask if this is your idea of a haircut and how you want to fix my problem now? Never again in my life.

Genaue Preise stehen draußen an der Preis Liste , nicht auf dem Plakat . Als würde waschen schneiden & föhnen 18€ kosten ? Great barber! Nice team, very eager :) Who has a problem with the prices can not read correctly or informs correctly! Exact prices are out there on the price list, not on the poster. As would wash cut & blow dry cost € 18?

Danach waren meine Haare gelb mit orangenen Flecken, dass es mir nicht gefällt, wurde einfach übergangen und gesagt, das ist schön so. Musste zu einem anderen Friseur, um das richten zu lassen. Habe mich auch per Email beschwert und keine Antwort bekommen. Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, es wäre nett, dass zumindest auf der Ablage die Haare vom Kunden zuvor entfernt werden würden. Came with blond hair, wanted to bleach the approach and everything in general bit brighter. After that, my hair was yellow with orange spots that I do not like, was just ignored and said, that's nice. I had to go to another barber to have that done. I also complained by email and did not get an answer. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, it would be nice that at least on the filing the hair from the customer would be removed beforehand.

Meine Haare wurden komplett verschnitten und waren offensichtlich unsymmetrisch. Meine Reklamation wurde nicht ernst genommen und die Frisur, mit ein paar weiteren Schnitten, nicht wesentlich verbessert. Absolute Geldverschwendung, ich war danach bei einem anderen Friseur. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a photo on my phone, but I looked horrible after going to the hairdresser. My hair was cut completely and was obviously unbalanced. My complaint was not taken seriously and the hairstyle, with a few more cuts, was not significantly improved. Absolute waste of money, I went to another hairdresser afterwards.

Die wollten es ausbessern (es wurde mir keine andere Option angeboten) - lächerlich. Nach ein paar Tage von Emails und FB Nachrichten hin und her, habe Ich eine Rückerstattung erhalten - aber nicht bevor Ich die Fotos auf dem FB gepostet habe! Die Besitzerin sollte sich mehr um die Kunden kümmern als um Armani Jeans. Never again in my life - one star is too many !!! A child could cut my hair better and I paid 40 € for that. They wanted to fix it (I wasn't offered any other option) - ridiculous. After a few days of emails and FB messages back and forth, I got a refund - but not before I posted the photos on the FB! The owner should take care of the customers more than Armani Jeans.
P	Peter Gotovnik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nur die Pünktlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wenn man einen Termin ausgemacht hat, sollte man eigentlich pünktlich drankommen. Only the punctuality leaves a lot to be desired. If you've made an appointment, you should actually get there on time.
M	Montana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War bei "Fr. Andrea" und kann nur sagen, dass es das schlimmste Frseur-Erlebnis meines Lebens war. Sie hat mit dem Kamm und ihren scharfen Nägeln fast schon Furchen auf meiner Kopfhaut hinterlassen und so unangenehm und grob an meinen Haaren herumgerissen, dass ich sie ermahnen musste. Das aller aller Letzte - nie wieder (hätte ich doch bloß die Rezvorher gelesen)!! Was at "Fr. Andrea" and can only say that it was the worst hairdressing experience of my life. She almost left furrows on my scalp with her comb and sharp nails and pulled at my hair so unpleasantly and roughly that I had to admonish her. The very last thing - never again (if only I had read the rez beforehand)!!
