Es war ein freundlicher und achtsamer Umgang mit einander und auch mit unseren Sachen. Wir haben das Unternehmen schon mehrfach beauftragt und sind sicher Stammkunden. Mr. Arnautovic got in touch immediately, all agreements were kept. His employees acted prudently and intelligently. It was friendly and attentive to each other and also to our things. We have already commissioned the company several times and are certainly regular customers.
M	M G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es handelt sich um Betrüger: Termin am So wurde nicht eingehalten (Erklärung: Fahrer hatte Unfall), Ersatztermin am Mo wurde nicht eingehalten (Erklärung: Plötzlich erkannt, dass Arbeit vor 8:30 lt. Arbeitszeitengesetz verboten ist), nach Verpacken meiner Möbel 3h zu spät wurde ich gedrängt, einen "Blankovertrag" zu unterschreiben, in welchen der Fahrer später den Preis einfügen wollte. Nachdem der Preis (120 € für den Transport von 3 Möbelstücken 2 Straßen weiter) bereits vorvereinbart war kam mir das seltsam vor. Es wurde mir dann gesagt, ich könne einen Pauschalpreis von 500€ bezahlen oder für 120 € den Auftrag stornieren und meine Möbel zurückbekommen. Erst nachdem ich mit der Polizei drohte bekam ich meine Möbel zurück. Ich musste dann äußerst kurzfristig eine andere Umzugsfirma engagieren These are fraudsters: Date on Sun was not met (explanation: driver had an accident), replacement date on Monday was not met (explanation: Suddenly recognized that work before 8:30 am according to the Working Hours Act is prohibited), after packing my furniture 3 hours too late I was urged to sign a "blank contract" in which the driver later wanted to insert the price. After the price (120 € for the transport of 3 pieces of furniture 2 streets away) had already been agreed in advance, it struck me as strange. I was then told that I could pay a flat rate of € 500 or cancel the order for € 120 and get my furniture back. Only after threatening the police did I get my furniture back. I then had to hire another moving company at extremely short notice

Angefangen hat es mit über eine Stunde Verspätung. Weiter ging es damit, dass der Herr kein passendes Equipment für den Transport zum LKW mit hatte. Dies führte dazu, dass mein schönes, sehr schweres Vollholzregal über den Boden geschliffen wurde. Dabei sind einige Kratzer entstanden. Telefonisch waren 170€ für den Transport ausgemacht. Da der Lieferant kein Wechselgeld mit hatte, musste ich mich damit zufrieden geben, 200€ zu zahlen! I am very sorry to have to write a bad review. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this moving company to anyone. It started with a delay of over an hour. It continued with the fact that the gentleman did not have the right equipment for the transport to the truck. This resulted in my beautiful, very heavy, solid wood shelf being sanded across the floor. There were some scratches in the process. By telephone, 170 € were agreed for the transport. Since the supplier didn't have any change, I had to be content with paying € 200!
