A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im April wegen zunehmende Beschwerden unter der Brücke habe Dr PENZ WÖSS aufgesucht, laut ihr alles in Ordnung, wurde heim geschickt. Da die Beschwerden zunehmend waren, konnte nicht mehr beißen. Ende August neuerliche Vorstellung bei Dr Wöss. Laut ihr (sie sieht nichts), ich soll Antibiotika annehmen, was ich nicht wollte da die Beschwerden schon seit 8 Monaten bestehen. Habe mich entschieden noch andere meinung zu holen. Dort wurde das problem sofort am Röntgen erkannt und behoben. Wurzelbehandlung durchgeführt und monatelange Schmerzen sind weg. Sowas geht wirklich nicht abgesehen von den unfreundlichen Satz " Solche Patienten wie sie, sind nur Belastung für unsere Krankenkassen ". Danke Frau Doktor für die nette Antwort. War 15 Jahre Patientin bei euch. In April, due to increasing complaints under the bridge, Dr PENZ went to WÖSS, according to her everything was in order and was sent home. As the discomfort increased, she could no longer bite. At the end of August, another presentation at Dr Wöss. According to her (she doesn't see anything), I should take antibiotics, which I didn't want because the symptoms have been there for 8 months. I decided to get another opinion. There the problem was immediately recognized by the X-ray and fixed. Root canal treatment performed and months of pain are gone. Something like that really does not work apart from the unfriendly sentence "Such patients as you are only a burden for our health insurance companies". Thank you Frau Doktor for the nice answer. Es ist die einzige Praxis, die ich kenne, in welcher ich immer pünktlich an der Reihe bin. Super finde ich das Service (wenn man das möchte) dass man angerufen wird, wenn ein Kontrolltermin wieder fällig wäre. Personal ist sehr freundlich und überaus kompetent. Super ist auch die generelle Einstellung des Teams Zähne zu retten anstatt sie zu ziehen. Es wird um jeden Zahn gekämpft. Wenn ich schmerzen hatte, bekam ich innerhalb weniger Tage einen Termin. Staff is very friendly and extremely competent. The general attitude of the team to save teeth instead of pulling them is also great. There is a fight for every tooth. P	Peter Zeug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin neu in Linz und hatte noch keinen Zahnarzt gesucht. Eines morgens hatte ich plötzlich kaum aushaltbare starke Schmerzen. Auf dem Weg zur Arbeit in Gunskirchen versuchte ich kurzfristig einen Termin zu bekommen. Nahezu unmöglich, trotz großer Schmerzen. Bei Frau Dr. Penz bekam ich ohne große Umschweife einen Termin in der nächsten halben Stunde, und obwohl ich durch den Verkehr verspätet ankam, wurde ich ohne Wartezeit sofort drangenommen und konnte die Ordination nach 30 Minuten schmerzfrei verlassen. I'm new to Linz and haven't looked for a dentist yet. One morning I suddenly had unbearable severe pain. On the way to work in Gunskirchen, I tried to get an appointment at short notice. Almost impossible, despite the great pain. With Dr. Penz I got an appointment in the next half an hour without further ado, and although I arrived late due to the traffic, I was picked up immediately without waiting and was able to leave the ordination painlessly after 30 minutes.
