R	Ray Murphy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a beginner and one of my skis snapped in half, so I returned them and they charged me €190 !!! For skis that have been used hundreds of times already, which is probably why they broke in the first place. At no time was I offered insurance, nor did they advise what the repercussions were at the time of rental!! We spent a lot of money in our party of 3, and we won't spend it there again!!
H	Hamish Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the four skiers I was with were well served. However, my snowboard rental had a few issues. I had to exchange my first board because the metal edge was bent in places and pulling away from the base. The bigger issue was with my bindings. On my first set, the plastic toe strap had a stress line which ended up ripping through while riding. On the replacement set, a screw on the ankle strap had a damaged thread, causing the whole ankle strap to detach. I asked for a reduction on the overall cost of rental, but the board maintenance manager was unsympathetic, simply saying that these things happen. As I said, the rest of the staff were friendly and my experience was generally okay, but either of those strap issues could have resulted in a serious fall and/or injury.

Crystal ski holidays use it, but the downside to that was a 2hr queue to get kitted out on the first day so effectively we lost the mornings skiing. The ski garage is just an open plan storage room with a controlled turnstile entrance. (Consider the more expensive storage at the sports shop below the gondola station.)
J	Johannes Bruno Gaiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place. The lady full of tattoos and Francesca are really kind. There is a garage where you can store your equipment even overnight for only 2 eur. Quite a deal. I've rented a sled, which fitted perfectly for the so called Witch Way.

They should do something about the queues and the waiting time. The equipment is ok, I ordered the best possible skies, they looked very, very used... But they were ok...
