Unfreundliche Herren, unübersichtliche Prozesse, eine Schlange quer durch den Laden und so gut wie keine Beratung. Wer genau weiß was er möchte oder lediglich einen Service für die Ski braucht wird hier sicherlich fündig, wer auf Service und Beratung wert legt geht woanders hin. The price is fair (hence the second star), but the service is poor. Unfriendly gentlemen, confusing processes, a queue across the shop and almost no advice. Those who know exactly what they want or just need a service for their skis will surely find what they are looking for here, and those who value service and advice go elsewhere.
F	Frank Ficker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr guter Service zum fairen Preis. Meine Burton Bindung wurde schnell und professionell repariert, nachdem die Schnalle angerissen war. Die Reparatur hat ca. 30 Minuten gedauert und ich habe inklusive Ersatzteil 26 Euro bezahlt. Positiver Nebeneffek: 30 Minuten sind eine schöne Zeit um nebenan im Salvista Stadl ein Bier zu trinken. Ein Freund hatte am Tag zuvor das gleiche Problem, auch hier konnte schnell und unkompliziert geholfen werden. Very good service at a fair price. My Burton bond was repaired quickly and professionally after the buckle was torn. The repair took about 30 minutes and I have paid 26 euros including spare part. Positive side effect: 30 minutes are a nice time to drink a beer next door in the Salvista Stadl. A friend had the same problem the day before, even here could be helped quickly and uncomplicated.

Leider wird man hier von 3 Herren bedient, die unfreundlich wirken. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass die/der Kundin Königin ist. Wir haben online gebucht und vorab bezahlt, vor Ort wurde dann noch eine Versicherungsgebür fällig. Diese Information hätte ich mir vorher gewünscht. Bei der Rückgabe hätte ich mir gewünscht, zu meiner Zufriedenheit befragt zu werden. Stattdessen wurde man barsch darauf hingewiesen, die Schnallen zu schließen. Am Ende macht der Ton die Musik, dieser war leider unfreundlich. Schade We have always been in Ellmau and used to very friendly service at the ski rentals there. Unfortunately, you are served here by 3 gentlemen who seem unfriendly. You don't feel like the customer is king. We booked online and paid in advance, an insurance fee was then due on site. I would have liked this information beforehand. I would have liked to have been asked about my satisfaction when I returned it. Instead, you were told harshly to close the buckles. In the end, the sound makes the music, unfortunately it was unfriendly. Pity
D	Diana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat alles super geklappt! Ich konnte die Ski einen Tag früher abholen und die Inhaber des Ladens waren auch wirklich total nett. Ich werde hier gerne wieder meine Ski ausleihen und kann die schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen. Von mir 5 Sterne mit Zusatzsternchen :-) Everything went great! I was able to pick up the skis a day earlier and the shop owners were really nice too. I will be happy to rent my skis here again and cannot understand the bad reviews here. 5 stars with additional stars from me :-)

You only find out after you have paid (if you happen to check the receipt) that you have hired the most expensive class. Complete lack of customer centricity.
