★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team was helpful and the quality of the equipment was fine. However, I was a bit disappointed that what I got was not fully in line with what was indicated in the online description. I booked a "snowboard gold" (most expensive) because it was explicitely written that I could get a Burton process, or a twin shape board. However, they only offered one board, no options, normal camber...
Apart from that, the rental was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed by the level of expertise and care here, I've been skiing for 15 years and this was genuinely the best ski hire experience I've had. They make sure to tailor everything to your level, give you the correct boots and make sure you don't feel pain but are secure. Loved the new equipment too, haha!

After nightmare boot and ski hire experience with a ski hire shop (not sure I can mention) before you get to the gondola ski hire, these guys sorted me and my partner out. Incredible patience with my awkward feet, moulding and re moulding the boots until right, before purchase. Ski's were fantastic and made the last 2 days much better. Also great banter ;) thanks guys!! Holiday salvaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought ski boots & skis (at least 2 pairs of each) from Martin Steinbacher's shop for the approx 35 years I've been coming to Söll & I have not been tempted to try anywhere else. One is not forced to buy, one is only sold to if it fits. The service is 2nd to none.
