Leider muss man mindestens 30 min für den Kauf zb. einer Häkelnadel einplanen. Ich hatte bis jetzt immer das Glück, dass ich vor mir Kunden hatte, die sich lang und breit eine Strickschrift erklären ließen. Der Verkäuferin ist es auch egal, ob noch etliche andere Kunden warten. Ich bin das letzte Mal einfach gegangen und werde auch nicht mehr dort hineingehen. Kundenservice sieht anders aus und scheinbar geht das Geschäft gut genug, da kann man auf potentielle Kunden verzichten! I have tried several times to buy something in this shop because I think it is good to support local dealers. Unfortunately you have to buy at least 30 min. plan a crochet hook. Up until now I have always been lucky to have customers in front of me who could have a knitting font explained long and wide. The seller does not care whether there are many other customers waiting. The last time I just went and I won't go in there anymore. Customer service looks different and apparently business is good enough, so you can do without potential customers!
