Da ich aus Wien bin, bestelle ich online, die Lieferzeiten sind sehr kurz. Absolut empfehlenswert! I was there in January and am thrilled by the selection and the high-quality yarns. The two are very friendly and customer-oriented. Since I'm from Vienna, I order online, the delivery times are very short. Highly Recommended!

Das Sortiment ist alles andere als 08/15; hab sonst nirgends das benötigte in einem Shop in Österreich gefunden. Bestellvorgang äußerst unkompliziert und bedienerfreundlich. Ausreichend Zahlungsoptionen. Faire Versandkosten. Die Bestellbearbeitung ging äußerst rasch: binnen 24 Stunden (werktags) konnte ich meine Bestellung in Empfang nehmen. Fteue mich schon darauf, dieses Geschäft einen Besuch abzustatten. Wenn's wieder möglich ist! My rating refers (due to the pandemic) to online shopping. The range is anything but run-of-the-mill; I couldn't find what I needed in a shop in Austria anywhere else. The ordering process is extremely uncomplicated and user-friendly. * Sufficient payment options. * Fair shipping costs. The order processing was extremely quick: I was able to receive my order within 24 hours (on workdays). Looking forward to paying this shop a visit. If it's possible again!

Große Auswahl, einfache Bestellung, Qualitätsgarn und unglaublich schnelle Lieferzeiten. Am Freitag bestellt, am Montag zu Hause. Ich wünschte, die Wollerei wäre näher, damit ich persönlich einkaufen könnte. Vielen Dank zumindest für den E-Shop, ich werde Ihnen ein treuer Kunde bleiben. At the moment I can only rate the e-shop. And it's absolutely fantastic. Large selection, easy ordering, quality yarn and incredibly fast delivery times. Ordered on Friday, at home on Monday. I wish the Wollerei was closer so I could shop in person. Thank you at least for the e-shop, I will remain a loyal customer to you.
